Because of my job I cannot be connected to data for much of the day and previously the app still worked very well offline (eg water tracking). With the latest update that is not possible. There’s a few things I’d like to see changed. I’d like to be able to set a sleep time on the watch. Having to do it manually every evening is a pain. So being able set a start time and an end time would be more user friendly. Also I’d like to see elevation as flights of stairs. Logging calories is more time consuming than it’s ever been. I’m sure it could be made easier. Apart from that the app works well. Still using this app. I’d still like to be able to put the watch in sleep mode in the settings. I’d like to be able to log the number of calories without having to delete the default figures first. This app could easily be made more user friendly. When entering calorie consumption the total figure becomes jumbled and unreadable (7/8/26) ### 3/5 — Maps needed ASAP! *2026-08-01, version 16.1.6.316* Please activate google maps natively on watch via app store in health application. I don’t want VIP! I am already willingly handing my health and location data off to Chinese state controlled entity, so feel that should be suffice in value alongside the device cost. On another note, the fonts don’t seem to work –The UI fonts seems to be a jarring mix of serif and non serif fonts and find it hard to believe that would be a design choice, probably a font loading issue. The app keeps trying to connect to the device it is already connected to. The faces store bugs out and starts refreshing itself and I think on the initial setup I had to click agree roughly 4276 times to even use it. ### 2/5 — Recent update not good *2026-07-17, version 16.1.6.316* Today I did an update of the app and unfortunately they have changed the layout of the Weight Management section so it is more hassle to flick through the days. Before the daily section allowed you to just click on the arrows as the top to quickly flick through but now you have to select a drop down for the day you want. It was just a lot more user friendly before but now it’s like they’ve made it more of a hassle. Please can you change the app to how it was. Hier gibt es auch eine Watch, die verlässlich den Blutdruck messen kann. Ich nutze Smartwatches eigentlich nur zum tracken von Fitness- und Gesundheitsdaten. Das funktioniert auf einem ähnlichen Niveau, wie bei der Apple Watch. Sehr positiv finde ich die allgemein sehr lange Akkulaufzeit der Huawei Watches. Die App selbst funktioniert sehr gut. Ich habe nur einen kleinen Kritikpunkt, seit einiger Zeit kann ich in der IOS App den Zeitpunkt für das Aufstehen nicht mehr manuell eingeben. I have there GT6 Pro watch and coupled with the Heath App I have been able to increase my health and fitness, reduce weight and overall improve wellbeing. The App is easy to use and provides plenty of metrics to measure your progress.
