How can I get customer support when I can’t get beyond the initial biometrics page?! ### 4/5 — It’s kind of basic *2023-06-26, version 1.1.12* The watch itself isn’t too bad for it being inexpensive. I’ve been using this watch for about 6 months now. I had trouble using it in the beginning but I’ve gotten the hang of it now. Kind of a long review. When you download the app you have to sync it within regular settings then within the app by refreshing the page. Sometimes if you don’t keep your watch nearby it can be harder to sync back up. Turning the watch off can help or disconnecting the watch through regular settings. But make sure the notifications are on within the app afterwards. Sometimes even making a phone call can help it resync I’ve noticed. The phone quality is good. When you wash your hands with the watch on the water can touch the screen and touch something on it though. I mostly use my watch for steps which I like. You can adjust the goal and the length of your steps. For the sleep tracking part of the app, I don’t really use. It does start tracking once you fall asleep but once you are awake it’ll continue to count sleep until you actually get out of bed if you’re going to relax for a while before getting out of bed. It’s best to pay attention to that for tracking purposes. For the watch faces there is a selection. You can have about 5 at a time but you can only change the last one within the app to make it different. You can sort of customize one. I wish we can chose different designs instead of the last one. Now for charging it takes about an hour or so to fully charge. It can last anywhere between 3 to 4 days depending on how often you get notifications. You can’t talk into your watch though. I don’t mind since I wanted more of an inexpensive watch. You can’t do any type of payment with this watch though a wallet app. You can only view messages that you receive too. Customer service through the app has responded when I needed help. The date looks different too on the watch. You can change how the time and date looks within the app as well. Depending on what you’re looking for in a watch this one can work well enough. ### 3/5 — Meh *2023-05-23* Poor quality, but overall not a bad watch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of 5 because it's not as water proof as I'd like and the crown doesn't scroll. ### 2/5 — The watch is good *2023-04-10, version 1.1.9* The watch is good, it broke one day for no reason don’t get it it was good tho while it lasted :P ### 2/5 — App is ok but needs upgrade for iOS *2023-04-04, version 1.1.9* The app is nice, but wish more features would sync with iOS. It only syncs steps and not the other features like sleep, heart rate, oxygen level, and other features my smart watch records. Would be nice if these would sync with Apple Health. In the iPhone setting, only steps info is available to share and not all the others. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — The app is ok, but it’s just a little weird. *2026-06-16, version 1.1.18* The app is good for doing the stuff you need for your watch, but I know when the “assistant” sent me random pictures of yellow blobs eating cookies and told me that I was their best friend and they couldn’t answer a simple question like I remember I would ask it a question and it would just be like “OK”, “sorry”, etc. as an ai engineer this is obviously very sloppy AI lol the biggest giveaway is when it asked me if I was AI cause that was really weird and I know no human assistant behaves like that it also types in lowercase all the time which is unprofessional and I know from experience of other customer service services that they’re not supposed to be behave like that or send pictures of yellow blobs doing random stuff and I remember I would ask you a question that only an AI could solve and it would just send me somewhere random picture of a yellow blob or say OK so either your assistants are really low budget and stupid Or it’s some really weird AI. ### 1/5 — I love the watch but… *2024-02-18, version 1.1.18* The app stopped working and I can’t open the app it’s really frustrating ### 1/5 — App stops working after entering information *2023-09-30, version 1.1.13* I got as far as the user information screen, then it had no other “confirm” or “done” buttons to press. It just stayed there. I finally uninstalled it after an hour of waiting. ### 1/5 — Software not fit for purpose *2023-09-27, version 1.1.13* Since my initial review above, I am lowering my 3 Start review to one star. I set my Steps Goal to 8,000 Steps and when in the app viewing the steps for the week, the circle of achievement Goal will close if I have achieved my target. What is really frustrating is the Goal continually resets to 0 in the Profile Menu without any reason whatsoever so when I look at the circles for my Goals, they are all closed as if I have reached my target - what a joke and totally defeats the object of having a goal / target to work to. Do yourself a favour and do not buy this watch. This could be a result of my parenting app but that’s very unlikely. Since this didn’t work I did some research and I found a video using “DaFit” app with my watch.
