As someone who manages multiple content calendars that functionality is a must, especially if I do not have my laptop available. Another issue for me is not being able to see the date of when a post or story is to be published. I can see the month the posts are in but there’s no direct date for the content. You can sort by “oldest” or “newest” but that does not help since I don’t memorize each content calendar on a monthly basis. You also can not expand comments under these posts that need to be published through the Hub app. You can only see up to 3 comments. You’ll see there are buttons under the post preview, but they don’t actually work (how nice is that)! Edit: the app crashed while I was listing issues and those buttons magically work now. ### 1/5 — You will not make it past the loading page *2024-08-20* It is absolutely horrible and poorly designed. Brandwatch will promote it as a solution for their FREQUENT publishing errors but it is truly no help if the app never loads the home page. ### 1/5 — Utterly useless *2024-05-07, version 2.6.9* Glitchy and unreliable, frustrating that it’s not updated because I can’t remember the last time this app worked 😩 ### 1/5 — Awful *2024-05-02, version 2.6.9* Such a terrible app. Never works!! Crashes all the time, doesn’t let you log in half the time and glitches constantly. So unreliable, especially when using professionally. ### 1/5 — A Horrible App *2023-03-22* A limited, terribly designed app. You’re not able to publish directly, interact with comments, or do much aside from posting directly to Instagram (which, of course, doesn’t pull hashtags used with a first comment since it’s not supported by the app). However, the most infuriating feature is the inability to save notification settings. If you turn one area like “post approved” off your settings will be defaulted back as soon as they exit out of the settings, leading to a bombardment by notifications that you don’t want. ### 1/5 — Terrible app- SORT IT OUT *2022-12-08, version 2.6.5* Impossible to use, always crashing which incredibly frustrating especially when using this professionally and for clients- STAY AWAY ### 1/5 — A Horrible App *2022-05-02, version 2.6.0* A limited, terribly designed app. You’re not able to publish directly, interact with comments, or do much aside from posting directly to Instagram (which, of course, doesn’t pull hashtags used with a first comment since it’s not supported by the app). This app is useless. It has ZERO of the same functionality as the desktop site. You can’t even publish! Pointless. ### 1/5 — Absolutely awful *2021-02-16, version 2.5.6* This app is so terrible, if I could give it zero stars i would. It constantly freezes and shuts down anytime I try to scroll down through posts. It has also recently started notifying me that my Instagram couldn’t be posted, and then doesn’t even allow me to download the image or copy the caption through the app so I can’t even post it manually myself.
