## What is Hub par Ystock?

Hub by Ystock is the mobile app of Ystock, a live chat and operations platform for local businesses. It puts your website's conversations, your inventory and your sales in your team's hands — behind the counter or out on the lot.

LIVE CHAT
Answer your website visitors from anywhere: waiting queue, one-tap pickup, customer card, canned replies and instant notifications. The virtual assistant greets your customers and hands the conversation over at the right moment.

INVENTORY IN THE FIELD
Find a vehicle by stock number, scan the VIN with your camera, complete the record (mileage, specs decoded automatically) and take photos right there in the lot. Reorder photos in two taps.

SALES AND DELIVERIES
Review the sales log, schedule deliveries in the built-in calendar and keep an eye on your team's performance.

MULTI-STORE
Each member sees only their own store, in its own brand colours. Multi-site managers switch between stores with a single tap.

Search across the whole inventory
Searching a stock number now covers the entire used inventory, whatever category the vehicle sits in. Each result shows where the vehicle is.

New inventory views
No price, No photo, To print, Demos and Wholesale join the existing views, following the same rules as the desktop.

Actions from the lot
From a vehicle's page, open a service preparation order by ticking the required work, or mark the vehicle wholesale. The email goes out and the status updates on both systems.

Display fix
Category buttons stay readable once the vehicle list loads.
