### 1/5 — Regret Migrating

*2026-04-01, version 2.9*

This app pretty much a deal breaker.

### 1/5 — Ancient, shameful app

*2026-02-26, version 2.9*

The login process is horrendous and basically impossible. Doesn’t handle password autofill in iOS, and can’t even copy/paste as the UI glitches.

If they can’t handle basic app functionality, imagine how they are handling your money. Stay away.

### 1/5 — Very very disappointing

*2026-02-21, version 2.9*

It does not integrate with Apple passwords so is just to hard to use… if you can’t get into an APP easily you missed the whole point of an App. Really not good enough… to add insult to injury I tried to log a complaint on the website and it came up with an error and would not let me submit it!!!

### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing

*2026-02-19, version 2.9*

Hub 24 is CLUNKY! It’s not user friendly and often logs out after a few minutes. Very poor app development.

### 1/5 — Most stressful app

*2026-01-30, version 2.9*

It’s unforgivable to have this kind of app in nowadays world with all the technology available
How can a company that provide this kind of service have an app this bad?
Gotta be better, this is ridiculous

### 1/5 — Aesthetically displeasing

*2026-01-15, version 2.9*

I wish I could give less than 1 star. You’d think a leading platform would be able to have a functional mobile app by 2026. It’s very clunky and really hard to navigate.

### 1/5 — Annoying

*2025-12-27, version 2.9*

Doesn’t link to passwords have to type manually every Tim you go in, so I have used the website as it’s easier to login to. Not much effort has been put into this app.

### 1/5 — Horrible app

*2025-12-19, version 2.9*

Please go look at Netwealth your competitors app and learn a thing or two. HUB24 app is atrocious the IT team needs to be sacked how can a multi billion dollar company not invest in an app that is functional and updated. Hopefully some change comes as the platform is ok but the app is just awful

### 1/5 — Fix Your App!!

*2025-12-19, version 2.9*

The app is extremely clunky from logging (cannot copy/paste login details, does not talk to Apply iOS passwords). Having to key in every time from scratch is cumbersome and annoying! Please invest time into the end user experience!!!

### 1/5 — Concerning

*2025-12-18, version 2.9*

This is not a serious app. I think having no app on the App Store would offer HUB24 more credibility than having this app (and confusingly others with slightly different names) available. At a bare minimum, allow connection with password managers, login with FaceID, and login that persists across sessions. Even better would be a design that matches iOS UX guidelines.

### 1/5 — Basically unusable

*2025-12-10, version 2.9*

Buttons don’t work, the screen randomly jams around, you’ve got to manually enter details every time, but pasting details is unreliable. Should be pulled from the store, this app undermines confidence in the service

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2025-12-08, version 2.9*

Login functionality renders this app unusable. Can’t use a password manager, no biometrics. If I had known how bad this was I would not have moved platforms

### 1/5 — Unstable and clunky

*2025-12-03, version 2.9*

Terrible app for a leading fintech company. Crashes 80% of the time. Clunky pages, logs you out each time. Poor user experience.

### 1/5 — Useless app. Do not bother!

*2025-11-29, version 2.9*

Unless developers trash this app and completely build a proper iOS app from scratch, do not bother using this version. It crashes, doesn’t open, clunky to use, and when you miraculously manage to login, it’s not friendly to use. Not sure what the developer team was thinking really!!

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2025-11-29, version 2.9*

It is so hard to login that you give up in the end. No ability to use a password app, and can’t even cot and paste the login name and password. Why make your app so impossible to use?

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2025-11-28, version 2.9*

Difficult to login as you can’t set a pin or use FaceID etc. Constantly kicks you out. Difficult to navigate. Terrible app. There are so many bad reviews…just fix your app!!

### 1/5 — Bad

*2025-11-20, version 2.9*

Really bad app

### 1/5 — Abysmal Interface

*2025-11-18, version 2.9*

The app interface is just terrible. It’s near impossible to log it. I can only hope the money that was saved in the non-development of the user interface, will be allocated to the profits of the fund. I’m considering going back to my old fund it’s so bad, it could be developed by a bunch of scammers.

### 1/5 — How can an app be this bad?

*2025-11-12, version 2.9*

I’ve just signed up with HUB24 and attempted to use this “app”. It’s utter garbage.

You cannot use a password manager to log in, nor can you copy / paste details from a password manager to the login and 2FA fields. Every time I tap on the fields, the app automatically scrolls down half the page instead of placing a cursor in the login area I want it to. After fiddling around for ages I managed to get the cursor to appear, only to find it vanishes and reverts to the same issue if I leave the login screen to see what my 2FA or login details are.

Once logged in there is no option to use FaceID etc.

I’ve had an iPhone since they were released and I’m not exaggerating when I say this is without doubt the most amateur, turgid pile of offal I’ve ever had the misfortune of trying to use.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Bad

*2026-07-27, version 2.9*

Heard of AI? It can really help you write an app cheaply. Google Claude and see how you go

### 1/5 — Basically useless

*2026-07-25, version 2.9*

Consider removing it from the AppStore just so people don’t waste their time.

### 1/5 — Awful and disgraceful

*2026-07-20, version 2.9*

This app is awful and has been that way for at least 5 years. No updates to fix the glaring login issues in all that time.

Do you not care about your customers?

To quote the recently departed:
SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-07-11, version 2.9*

Awful app. Next to impossible to just log in

### 1/5 — Appalling

*2026-06-30, version 2.9*

Such a disappointing app. The app gets worse each year. No bug fixes, no improvements, it’s an embarrassment. Difficult/impossible to navigate &
Many functions are lacking, or freeze.

### 1/5 — Very bad

*2026-06-15, version 2.9*

This app is very disappointing. It reflects their services. No updates, no consultantion, no catching up with clients, if you're thinking about joining- Think twice

### 1/5 — Same issues as 2 years ago

*2026-06-09, version 2.9*

Reading earlier reviews it’s apparent the developers don’t care about feedback as nothing has been done to allow you to either paste a password or fill from password app on iPhone. Don’t bother just use your browser.

### 1/5 — Manual Login, no faceid, can’t paste passwords

*2026-05-19, version 2.9*

Looks like these issues have been around for years and still no resolution. Disappointed that my advisor has moved to this platform

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-05-12, version 2.9*

This app is so bad. You really need to update this. Make the authentication work properly instead of scrolling around the page and the buttons in the app are disabled because you haven’t updated it to accommodate new updates and screen sizes. Terrible effort for what should be an easy fix.

### 1/5 — Can’t even login to mobile app

*2026-04-21, version 2.9*

Just downloaded the mobile app and unable to add username and password details. When I try and click into the field to type or paste it shifts the focus to the bottom of the screen and seems to be highlighting some text on the screen.

## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Worst app ever

*2025-11-21, version 2.9*

Worst app I have ever. Used , have to enter full client number and password every time you log in. When try to navigate in app it just kicks you out and to phone Home Screen, only thing it is good for is to see your current valence , otherwise useless

### 5/5 — Great app guys!

*2011-04-22, version 1.0*

The development team at Hub24 have delivered the goods yet again. Now Harts' clients can access their share portfolios directly from their iPhone. The app is stable, fast and best in class. Keep up the good work guys.

### 3/5 — Improve Login Process

*2025-06-16, version 2.8*

The user name and password fields are not recognised by password management systems for autofill, meaning that the details need to be manually entered, which is painful when using a complex password. Additionally, the app appears to log you out each time, requiring you to log in again. Support for FaceID or a PIN would be good.

The actual app itself seems quite good, but I avoid using it purely due to the log in hassles.

In short:
1. Support for autofill passwords and user id
2. Persistent log in session with the need to re-authenticate every time
3. Support for PIN or FaceID

### 3/5 — Face Recognition

*2018-07-17, version 2.6*

Please add face recognition. App takes ages to open.

### 3/5 — It works but

*2017-03-26, version 2.4*

It works ok, but having to sign in with my username (a random number) and password everytime is a royal pain the the backside. Developers need to get in on the fingerprint authentication that the banks and everyone else is using in 2017!

### 2/5 — Not Very

*2025-05-19*

This app has not been updated for a very long time. It keeps crashing when I try selecting my account. The password is not being stored within my phone password app like other applications. This needs to be updated to work in the current OS operating system

### 2/5 — App needs work

*2024-01-08, version 2.7*

Hub24 is a solid platform but as others have noted the app is lacking. Slow to respond and frequent crashes make it a real pain to use.

### 2/5 — Dated UI

*2021-09-10, version 2.7*

While the App provides useful information the User Interface is difficult to navigate - small menu selection items etc. Also time you incorporated Facial Recognition into your security options. I should be able to open the App with FR instead of a username and password.

### 2/5 — Dissapointing

*2019-11-17, version 2.6*

Hub24 is a great platform but the app is virtually unusable. Its slow to open abd respond. The UI is not intuitive at all. The app only updates 5 tines a week so not very useful for up to the minute prices. Hopefully with a bot of investment many of these limitations can be overcome.
