## What is Hubb Ponto Quiosque?

Hubb Ponto Quiosque turns a company tablet into a shared time clock for your whole team. Mount it on a fixed device at the entrance, on the shop floor or at reception and let employees clock in and out in seconds — no queues and nothing to install on their phones.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pair the tablet once with a code generated in the admin dashboard.
• Each employee clocks in by badge number or CPF.
• A confirmation appears instantly, showing who just punched.
• Records go straight and securely to the company system.

KEY FEATURES
• Team time clock on a single shared device.
• Badge or CPF entry, with masking to protect data.
• Instant confirmation for every punch.
• Tied to your company — no public sign-up.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
• Personal data is encrypted.
• Communication is protected by HTTPS.
• The kiosk is paired and managed by the employer.

COMPLIANCE
Built to support workday tracking in line with Brazilian labor law (MTE Ordinance 671/2021).

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.3.0 — 2026-10-15

What's new in this version:
• When the site's internet drops, the kiosk shows a notice at the top of the screen and explains what to do, instead of a technical message.
• If the connection is unstable, it retries on its own — and never records the same punch twice.

Need help? Contact your company's HR or Hubb support.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-10-11

What's new in this version:
• When you punch, the kiosk asks what you're doing — lunch, coffee break or clocking out — and highlights the right option for the time of day. When there's only one option, it records it straight away, as before.
• Clearer messages when something goes wrong, such as a badge or CPF that isn't found.

Need help? Contact your company's HR or Hubb support.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-11

What's new in this version:
• A clock on the punch screen: the right time — the same one saved on the time record — always in view.
• A cleaner punch screen that reads well on any tablet or phone.
• When your company requires a newer version, the kiosk says so and takes you straight to the store to update.

Need help? Contact your company's HR or Hubb support.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-30

What's new in this version:
• App crash reports, so we can spot and fix problems on the kiosk faster — it usually runs unattended.
• Performance and stability improvements.

Need help? Contact your company's HR or Hubb support.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-14

What's new in this version:
• Wording updated to neutral time-entry language, suitable for both employees and contractors.
• Shared check-in by badge or CPF, with instant confirmation.
• Performance and stability improvements.

Need help? Contact your company's HR or Hubb support.
