Hubbl app states there is an updated version but redirects to App Store where one is not available and only option is to open current app

Upgrade doesn’t complete and can’t bypass it so can’t use this app. Very disappointing.

My current app informs me of a new upgrade and directs me to the App Store, however there is no upgrade to be seen. Because the upgrade offer pops up when I try to access my Hubbl app, I am now not able to use the Hubbl app at all, it will not allow you to bypass the upgrade ☹️
