Does not connect to my iPhone X. Does not even show up in my Bluetooth connections. The instructions are only for androids even though it claims iOS is possible to use with.

Angepriesen wird die Unterstützung von Alexa … Realität: Man müsste sagen „Hey Siri, Alexa …“
Was schon nervig ist. 

Jedoch ! Klappt nicht mal das … 
Habe mir extra deswegen die Vervebuds 400 geholt. So kommen diese direkt wieder zurück.

Having bought and paid for the headphones, I find I have to open an account to use them. This is an information gathering pest. I tried many many user names before I came up with one it would accept. Apparently “why do you need this” was already taken. I wonder why? Then I tried several passwords before I found one to meet their criteria. By this time, there was no way I was giving them my real email address. Sorry I ever bought these headphones. Lesson learned!

Seit neustem Update keine Verbindung mit den VeveBuds 110 !!! Früher OK!

**Developer response:** Hello DerLiger, dies ist merkwürdig und sollte nicht mit dem Update zusammenhängen, machen Sie einmal bitte folgendes:

1. Nehmen Sie beide Ohrhörer in die Hand und nahe am Ohr.
2. Tippen und halten Sie die MFB-Taste einige Sekunden lang, bis die Ohrhörer "Ausschalten" anzeigen. Entfernen Sie dann den Finger. Halten Sie die MFB-Taste erneut gedrückt und tippen Sie sie 10 Sekunden lang, bis "Einschalten, bereit zum Koppeln" angezeigt wird.
3. Beide Ohrhörer müssen das oben Gesagte sagen. Koppeln Sie es dann erneut mit dem Telefon und stellen Sie eine Verbindung zu 'VerveBuds110' her.

Sollte es hiernach weiterhin nicht funktionieren, testen Sie es bitte mal mit einem anderen Smartphone und wenn dann weiterhin nicht, kontaktieren Sie mich bitte unter oliver@hubbleconnected.com. Vielen Dank, Oliver.

Es ist an sich eine App, die ihren Zweck erfüllt, doch als ich letztens auf ein iPhone gewechselt habe und mir die App auf dem neuen Handy (iPhone X) gedownloadet hab, fand ich keinen Equalizer.

Ich habe dazu auch noch mal auf meinem alten Handy geguckt und genau an der selben Stelle befanden sich keine Einstellungen für den Equalizer.

Find ich schade. Hoffe ihr könnt mir da weiterhelfen oder den Bug fixen.

I have verve buds 500, the ear headphones are really good the sound quality n all. Had no idea about the application then some friend told me bout it and it was truly a + + to use Alexa seamlessly with the ear headphone.
