Got the dashcam few years ago because it had the app functionality with GPS monitor. Now I need the app function few years later I find that the app never worked for anybody. Very bad on Motorolas and Hubbles part. Lost a customer, going to Nextbase.

From a IT technician side I can get the GPS coordinates from the SD but I do not have time to write an application that can interpret this. Also tried many other desktop dashcam applications but none can interprets this data.

Bought the Motorola MDC500 last week. Downloaded this app to my iPhone but it was unable to connect with the dash cam, no wifi network showing. This dash cam should no longer be sold, as it is false advertising saying it still works with this unsupported app. It doesn’t. Returned to Argos for refund. Don’t waste your money!
