I don’t know other user, but this is one of the worst POS app, it keep crashing when I try to edit menu. For instance when I wanna type “mac & cheese” , the system hanged there after I type “mac”. or after I type “Mexican”, the apps just hanged there. Is so NOT USER FRIENDLY.

It can definitely could use an upgrade. They charge us thousands per annum but the app lags and interface feels outdated. You cannot check your best sellers/ fast moving items. And yes, it crashes a lot . For a company that is attached to Grabfood. Please do better. I’m a current user. Please upgrade if you want customers to stay with you.
