Perfect photo of the back, all lined-up and crystal clear SN… still not recognized. I ended up logging into Hubloista and adding the warranty info to my wallet from there. From the looks of it, this app isn’t even needed, and wouldn’t be very useful even if it did work! It's a simple system that matches the number with the image, but it doesn't work and is completely pointless.
