It’s not a naturally intuitive and I have been trying to cancel it for three days now and get no response from anyone. Horrible support services and customer service seems to be nonexistent no response from them yet. I think I will have to cancel my card to stop them from charging me. I can’t recommend this enough that you avoid this product. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company and they completely ignore me and have not responded to any of my messages or request for cancellation. I will have to contact my credit card company in order to initiate a stop payment. Avoid this company at all cost. They are a scam. **Developer response:** Dear jdh1760, Thank you for your feedback. I am not willing to pay for something I can't try nor can I get an accurate reference due to how new it is and how many things are "coming soon" ### 1/5 — Its a scam *2023-12-02, version 2.7.4* Do not buy or download this app. The reviews are not real and nothing works and it doesn’t get connected to anything. Its just a scam ### 2/5 — Overwhelmed *2025-11-30* I like it but I feel like there’s too much going on. As soon as I load up the app I’m hit with so many sections, buttons, it just looks like a scattered map. I wish this had a cleaner surface while keeping all of the features on a sidebar or something. With the toggle to turn on and off those features. I wish there’s was a dark mode too! Every app should offer that by now. The white is too bright. **Developer response:** Dear Abemedfit! Hubmee Team ### 2/5 — Not Worth It *2024-02-15* There was nothing in this app that couldn’t be done on the free native apps from Apple. It currently doesnt integrate or sync with anything, so you have to spend most of your own time entering in dates/tasks/assignments/etc… and with all of that, found no useful reason for the $30/mo for AI assistant. Sure, it can hold some vital documents and copies of things, but so can many other apps that are free or cheap. Until this app can sync and import from outside sources, it is no real help or timesaver to have to enter everything yourself. **Developer response:** Thanks for your honest feedback! We hear you, and we’ve made some big improvements since then. Hubmee now syncs with external apps, so no more manual data entry for tasks and events! Feel free to reach out if you have any other thoughts or suggestions. ### 3/5 — Well….. *2025-06-29* Let me start by saying I love the premise; but unfortunately, I want to cancel my subscription, and there is nowhere on the app to help me to do so. When I searched their database with the word, “cancel” there was no information. The sync with my calendar is fine, as well as with my banking info. The website does provide information on how to add data. But, I don’t understand why it won’t sync with my email contacts. Also, when I try to enter my wife’s birth date, it only goes back to 2012. Honestly, I’m not married to a 13 year old!!! However, most features that I was looking forward to using are “coming soon”.
