I’ve lived in Boston and NYC and didn’t have this! It’d be great if it stored that data/transferred it so you can continue with the request. I just get a email saying that the case has been closed about 2 minutes later. No cops ever come. The city is responsive and resolved the issues I reported. They resolved them more quickly than even expected. The app isn’t perfect. Sometimes it won’t let me select the hamburger menus on the left side. But the system is great and I’d use it again.
