Good app but blinds me when using it at night

Have made about 30 different complains on this app due to parking and crime related issues. Absolutely nothings ever done. I just get a email saying that the case has been closed about 2 minutes later. No cops ever come. Relying on nashville police for anything but being shot and dying is pointless.

We had/have issue in our neighborhood. We have called non-emergency line and things eventually got resolved. Tried this app and got an almost immediate email that “case was closed”. But that was definitely not the case.

Called to determine brush pickup in my neighborhood.  Date was to be picked up was June 20.  It’s July 1st, not picked up.  Called July 1.   City brush said pickup missed you.  I might add many other neighbors were missed too. City gave me a reference number# 208-540, however I was told they may not be able to help me if they don’t follow up.  That is terrible Customer service answer.  My address is 3413 Wynfall ln. Nashville 37211

There are a couple issues, a lot of the options available to report issues have no information once you click on them. If you do manage to report an issue and select the option to create an account, account is not created. Once a report has been submitted, and since an account was not created, there is no way to search on your open request.

There is no way to upload documents, only pictures. And the pictures don’t even work, since it freezes rather than using the camera. The website also doesn’t work on a Mac. I tried both Safari and chrome and both gave errors when I tried to upload a permit request. Nothing actually works to completion.

Well I use to have an account. Even though my email was recognized by the system when reporting an issue I can’t log in anymore. I know my password and I’ve never changed it. Tried to have them reset it just in case and never get an email even though they have it. It seems that now you have to part of sales force. Whatever that is.

I have made multiple reports for issues around the city. It has been great. The city is responsive and resolved the issues I reported. They resolved them more quickly than even expected. The app isn’t perfect. Sometimes it won’t let me select the hamburger menus on the left side. But the system is great and I’d use it again. I think this app could use some minor improvements to make it easier to navigate but honestly it’s been good overall.

Such a cool service to bring to the Nashville community. I’ve lived in Boston and NYC and didn’t have this! Keep up the great work and thank you!

4/5 stars ONLY because of your login account isn’t signed in and you try to submit a request..you have to login but your whole request is erased. It’d be great if it stored that data/transferred it so you can continue with the request. No big gripe.
