If there is a delay beyond expectation, it is better to update the customer via the status of the transfer on an hourly/bi-hourly basis. The app is good, and they are offering good rates. I transferred an amount to my mobile wallet in Philippines and I thought it will take few minutes just like how it is normally processed using the other mobile app. However, to my surprise, it was already there in my mobile wallet when I checked it after receiving the SMS notification from Hubpay few minutes after doing the transaction. 💕 ### 5/5 — Life Saver!!! *2023-06-08, version 2.15.9* I’ve been a user of HubPay since July or August 2020. It was introduced to me by my friends during an event in World Trade Center and I am happy that I’d listen to them, up until now I’m still using it. I even share this to my family and friends since the day it saves me from going out to send money. Highly recommended!!! The service is fast and convenient. However, on my next attempt, I sent two transfers to the same account over two days, but it has now been two days, and they still haven’t been received. I contacted support, and they said the process is taking longer than usual. They are still investigating, but I haven’t received any clear answers so far. I tried to call the customer support and there is no answer. ### 1/5 — Worst service ever *2024-09-27, version 2.20.27* One of the worst applications I ever installed. Service is very poor and if we send money through an application we have to wait up to 24 hours. It will be better to go with e&money. Worst experience. If you have to send money urgently. Plz, don't try this app. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2024-07-31, version 2.20.20* I have been using Hubpay app since their initial days. Then I found the service competitive offering great exchange rate and free of charge international money transfer services. Then they introduced transfer free but gave me founders club membership with limited free international transfers but with very bad exchange rates. With the bad exchange rates the free founders club membership is useless. The top up are taking time too. I also found out they offer better exchange rate for new customers but once you become regular customer you don’t get better rates, that’s weird business model. I found other services offering much better exchange rates and instant top up services. Some of the services bypass the wallet top ups and directly transfer money from bank account or linked debit card. Since I am not going to use hubpay anymore I uninstalled the app. ### 1/5 — Not recommended nonsense service *2023-12-24, version 2.16.1* I lost, interest to your service and rude costumer service I support your service from the start then this is what I get disappointment, why you keep calling asking why I send 10k or 20k every month, and send all the details of the person to whom I send, why for what you are calling ? Are your out of you mind? Your limit is 35k then why your calling? nonsense your service don’t msg me again useless people nonsense. Now you lost costumer? I will not recommend this app again never, ever. Before free to send now with fees And low rate, you deserve half start management is not incompetent to this service. ### 1/5 — Very slow and bad service *2023-12-05, version 2.16.1* I started using this app in its early days of release it was great fast secure and free at that time later they even gave me 1 year of free founders member subscription so i can use it 3 times a month for free all this is great. But for the past few months every time i am making a deposit it takes hours almost half a day and i have to report it every time to support team that i have made a deposit and same goes when i am transferring money from UAE to India i don't know what happened to there service and why always it take so much time sometime i am in a hurry and have commitments but due to there bad service i have to suffer.
