It is super user friendly and easy to use. The app is smooth and I haven’t experienced any lag. For someone forgetful, this has really given me a peace of mind that I can check in on my house and make sure that everything is locked and secure. And I am able to connect everything through the app so it’s become such a convenience for me I can’t go back to how it was before using it. I thought having a smart home would be out of my price range but I was pleasantly surprised, I’m glad I made the switch. I wasted 6 months trying to work with Hubsai to get this app working. Lights and garage did not work reliably. I had to update and reinstall the program at least 5 times. When problems came up they blamed it on “operator error”. The final straw was after a power failure all the lights came back on 100% and again the garage app dropped off. I’ve disconnected everything and Hubsai won’t give me any money back. Don’t believe the positive reviews-one is the owner and the others are probably employees. Terrible product.
