### 3/5 — Won’t let me sign in after updating my iPhone

*2026-08-17, version 4.99.0*

This app is such a pain. Everything was great until I got a new iPhone. Now I can’t sign in. My company can’t figure it out. I searched the web for other users with the same issue, they can’t figure it out.

New password - check
Authenticator - check
Company portal and management in phone - check

Still not access. Error says the phone has not been registered. I’m using SSO login with company portal app. How can it not be registered!?! This stinks

### 3/5 — No revenue/invoice support

*2026-08-10, version 4.98.0*

I use hubspot mainly for the revenue features… not currently on the app

### 4/5 — Improving the HubSpot Mobile Experience

*2026-08-07*

Generally, I’m very happy with HubSpot, but the mobile app needs significant improvement.

It isn’t particularly user-friendly, and several features available on the desktop version are either missing or difficult to access in the app. For example, adding a new user isn’t available through the app, which means having to switch to the browser/desktop version for what should be a straightforward account-management task.

The biggest issue for me, however, is managing company records. Once a company has been created, the ability to properly update and manage its information in the mobile app is extremely limited. When you’re actively building and maintaining a CRM, this becomes frustrating very quickly and makes mobile working unnecessarily difficult.

The desktop product is excellent, and I’m generally very happy with HubSpot. Bringing more of that functionality into the mobile app — particularly full company editing and user management — would make a substantial difference.

I hope this is something that can be addressed sooner rather than later.

### 4/5 — Une bonne application

*2026-07-23*

L’application mobile est très pratique à utiliser. L’application mobile moins à cause d’une lenteur que je trouve assez agaçante. Mais dans l’ensemble les fonctionnalités sont bien pensées et utiles. En tout cas elles me conviennent.

### 4/5 — Great app, but…

*2026-05-16, version 4.89.0*

I love the app, and I use it nearly daily. Although, I wish there was a way to edit an invoice. Hopefully, this comes soon!

### 2/5 — Terrible formatting on mobile

*2026-04-17, version 4.86.0*

Pretty obvious that most of the functionality is missing on mobile. Workflow doesn’t exist here and information is several clicks away and takes forever to load. Feels like you guys weren’t able to properly identify what users would be using the mobile app for.

### 2/5 — Derzeit funktioniert die App garnicht

*2026-03-25*

Bitte Updates

### 2/5 — It’s fine but….

*2026-02-10*

It’s fine for the basics but don’t expect to be able to view a contact with more detail than their name unless you have a company attached. If you have ten John smiths as leads a few tweaks of the basics that are in the desktop version and it would be better.

### 3/5 — Bare bones

*2025-12-22, version 4.78.1*

Its an app. It has some features. But my goodness is it minimal. The types of properties i created for objects are not all showing up properly in the app. I can’t uploaded files in the form, i cant add time stamps to a manually logged date, my renamed objects don’t maintain this nickname in the app but instead shows its original HS provided name. Im not the least bit impressed with this mobile version of hubspot

### 2/5 — Loses me in account creation and calendar linking

*2025-12-16, version 4.78.0*

I’ve been creating a new account and linking calendar for 15 minutes numerous logins going to website back to the app connecting back to the website back to the app back to email code. Still can’t get to a stable place where I can start doing work. I’m done with this app no matter how good it is.

### 3/5 — Good and frustrating

*2025-12-04, version 4.77.0*

The app has some nice features and can be easy to use for some things. It’s also very frustrating as someone who works remotely and on the road at times that I can’t build/edit quotes or view invoices from the app. Seems like a critical feature that is overlooked

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Stay on Free

*2026-08-19, version 4.99.0*

Horrible customer service

### 1/5 — Service ticket functionality is very limited

*2026-06-05, version 4.91.0*

We moved to HubSpot from Zendesk to have full integration of CRM and HelpDesk. With Zendesk we had a mobile app that allowed us to handle service tickets with the same functionality as in our desktops or laptops. Not with this app. Service tickets functionality is very limited. We need to be able to handle customers service requests even when away from our office.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2026-06-03, version 4.91.0*

I have used this CRM for 10 years and it feels like a prison sentence. It is expensive and tedious and is the polar opposite of being user friendly. I cannot wait until our contract ends.

### 1/5 — Confusing Pricing and Poor User Experience with HubSpot

*2026-05-29, version 4.90.0*

The application is extremely confusing, especially regarding how to use it and how the pricing system works. Inside the platform, they constantly push different packages and upgrades onto users who may not fully understand the system. Everything feels unnecessarily complicated and disorganized.

I signed up for HubSpot because of the positive reviews, but honestly, my experience was completely different. At this point, I do not believe many of those reviews reflect real customer experiences.

I definitely do not recommend HubSpot based on my experience.

### 1/5 — Can’t login

*2026-05-15, version 4.89.0*

I can’t rate the app because no matter what method I try, I cannot login to my account. Given the ratings, I wish I could access it.

### 1/5 — THE WORST CRM

*2026-05-13, version 4.88.0*

Don’t make the mistake is using Hubspot

### 1/5 — Waste More Time Than Saved

*2026-05-07, version 4.87.0*

This app is so glitchy! I waste so much time getting AI to help me form emails and then losing them because of a glitch on the Phone app. I don’t have time to pull out my laptop and do everything on my computer every time. This app is forced on me by my company, is highly non-intuitive, and redundant (have to input contact, company, and lead completely separately with no autonomous entry, not even the ability to pull company information from a website, which is the first required entry!)—I really can’t be more displeased

### 1/5 — Needs Help Desk

*2026-04-29, version 4.86.2*

I used this app extensively to address emails in the support portal. When HubSpot encouraged me to move to the Help Desk, I did so, but the app barely supports Help Desk. This makes it unusable for me now. HubSpot has had ample time to address this and has chosen not to. So frustrating.

### 1/5 — Login experience needs improvement

*2026-01-05*

The login and session experience makes the product unnecessarily hard to use.

The login flow is more complex than most mobile banking apps, and automatic logouts happen far too quickly. In comparison, tools like Gmail, Slack, and other daily business apps have a much better balance between security and usability.

A CRM needs to be secure, but it also needs to be accessible. If logging in frequently becomes a friction point, it directly impacts productivity and adoption.

Improving session duration and login UX would make a big difference.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2025-12-19, version 4.78.0*

Keeps locking my account when I’m logged into my work computer vs. my phone.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great App for outside sales

*2026-05-11, version 4.88.0*

I’ve used a lot of different CRMs hubspots mobile app is the best I have seen!

My only feedback would be I wish they would streamline some on desktop. I think there is some redundancy.

### 5/5 — Liking the UX/UI

*2026-04-10, version 4.85.0*

Shout out to the product team

### 5/5 — Great CRM

*2026-04-08, version 4.85.0*

Awesome CRM and even the free tier is great, thank you HubSpot

### 5/5 — 🤯

*2026-03-25, version 4.84.0*

Just getting started, but loving it so far.

### 5/5 — The app is really good

*2026-01-28*

After coming from Nutshell CRM, I find the HubSpot iOS app outstanding. It does nearly everything you can on the website - all in the palm of your hand. What more could you want?

### 5/5 — HubSpot is a way of life

*2026-01-15, version 4.79.0*

If you pour into this CRM you will reap the benefits. Would like to see better use of AI. though. 10 stars

### 5/5 — CRM Heaven

*2026-01-03, version 4.78.1*

I am just scratching the surface with the power of this app. I’m elated at the prospect of streamlining my marketing.

### 5/5 — Great platform

*2025-12-04*

I’ve used many different CRM platforms in my career and I’m truly amazed at what HubSpot allows you to manage with ease of use. Support is fabulous!

### 5/5 — Love it

*2025-12-02, version 4.77.0*

I started using crm’s in the early 2000’s. We all know what that started with. HubSpot is by far the easiest most mobile phone friendly one I’ve ever had to use. My boss used to have to enter things for me on the old crm because I just hated it. Now I’m one of the most prolific users on my team.

### 5/5 — Mega aplikacja

*2025-10-23, version 4.74*

Uwielbiam z nią pracować na razie w wersji bezpłatnej. Ale ogarniam tylko kontakty z moimi klientami. Dziękuję za taką możliwość.
