They cancel taxis on you, they say they're a 24 hour service - which they aren't. I booked a taxi 3 times and each time the app said there’s an error try again later so I went with uber but they sent a taxi without telling me and somehow it’s my fault ? The driver was screaming and hurling insults at me even though I tried to explain the problem.
