The old size of the box was a lot better. What were the app developers thinking unless it’s a glitch in the update that’s caused the size of the box to become a lot smaller. Either way, the size of the box where you type reviews needs to be changed back to its old size. Great app, use the company so much, I’m a loyal customer but this is one complaint that needs resolving by the app developers . ### 4/5 — Went the extra mile *2024-05-10, version 34.5.11* Forgot debit cards at Home, and had no cash. Both cards were on Apple Pay on phone in hopes of using contactless, which the driver had none. Called the office, and they were patient enough to help find a payment alternative. Would like to get a refund for the journey which was not made . They cancel taxis on you, they say they're a 24 hour service - which they aren't. I've even had them try to pick me up from where I'm meant to be dropped off. ### 1/5 — The worst taxis in Huddersfield *2025-11-14, version 37.0.6* The app barely works, you’re lucky if the taxi arrives on time yet alone gets dispatched… Most of the drivers are rude and the cars are unpleasant to ride in. I booked a taxi 3 times and each time the app said there’s an error try again later so I went with uber but they sent a taxi without telling me and somehow it’s my fault ? The driver was screaming and hurling insults at me even though I tried to explain the problem. Even if I book in advance on the app. The booking was for 12.20 as the journey I needed to make was 20 minutes and train due in 30 minutes so I would have a comfortable 5-10 mins to get to the platform. Taxi late by 10 minutes and then I receive a driver asking me which way to go! This resulted in a missed train, a wasted £12 journey to this company and me having to pay £30 to now get to my destination. Don’t accept the booking if you cannot stick to the time and I will use someone else!!! ### 1/5 — Cars constantly cancel *2024-05-11, version 34.5.11* You get passed around a bunch of cars before getting anywhere and taxis are always late, don’t bother with these if you want to be picked up within half an hour. I wanted to cancel my ride because the driver was going further away, was notified I’d still be charged a fee, what a joke of a company ### 1/5 — Time/money wasters and rude drivers. *2024-05-03, version 34.5.11* This is not the first time they do this to us! We book a taxi through their app and they either send it to a different location or they do not at all! Last time we missed a train and a flight and now we missed a bus to London. No customer service whatsoever. Their app is hilarious, I bet someone with 1 month of experience can design a better application. It doesn’t actually send live updates on you ride! Not to mention how rude their drivers are. ### 1/5 — Either fake or just bad *2024-03-11, version 34.5.11* Got charged for a trip. No confirmation email, nothing, just hanging on “well let you know when we dispatch a driver” for like 5 minutes. Found a car faster on Uber. Cancelled trip. Still waiting for my refund. Eventually found a tiny “phone” icon in the corner of the main menu.
