## What is HuddleCare?

Caring for someone you love is rarely one person's job.

It's a sibling three time zones away. A partner doing the school pickup. A neighbor with a spare key, a sitter on Thursdays, a nurse who comes on Tuesdays. And it's a hundred small things to keep straight — who's picking up the prescription, whether the 9 AM dose got logged, which day the appointment moved to.

HuddleCare gives your whole care team one shared place for all of it.

WHAT YOUR TEAM CAN KEEP TOGETHER

• Tasks — assign them, set due dates, repeat them, check them off.
• Medications — record what's being taken and when, log each dose as given or missed, keep the dose history, and get a reminder when a dose is due or a refill date is close.
• Schedule — appointments, pickups, vet visits and activities, as a day-by-day agenda or a month calendar.
• Care journal — a sentence or two about how the day actually went, with a mood, so the people who weren't there still know.
• Messages — a group chat the whole huddle can read, plus direct messages.

HuddleCare records what your team enters. It does not give medical advice, diagnose, or recommend a dose — it makes sure everyone can see the same thing.

HOW HUDDLES WORK

A huddle is a private care team for one person or pet — an aging parent, a child, or a pet. Pick the care type and HuddleCare adjusts its language and fields to fit. Then invite the people who help.

Everyone joins with a role: Organizer, Caregiver, Viewer or Temporary. You set View or Edit access feature by feature, so the weekend sitter can see the feeding schedule without reading the family's messages. Temporary access can be given an end date and revokes itself when the time is up. Permissions are enforced in the database, not just hidden in the app, and organizers can see a record of care-history and contact exports.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Optional multi-factor authentication protects your account. We don't sell your care content and we don't use it to target advertising — and you can export or delete all of it whenever you want. English and Español.

HUDDLECARE PLUS AND PREMIUM

The free plan is a real plan: one huddle, up to 5 members, unlimited tasks, medications and events, the last 3 months of history, and 5 documents.

Plus and Premium raise the limits when your family needs more — several huddles if you're caring for more than one loved one, more members per huddle, longer history, unlimited documents with far more storage, direct messages, photos in journal entries and chat, PDF exports of your care history and contacts, and more temporary helpers at once.

HuddleCare Plus: $7.99 per month or $79.99 per year.
HuddleCare Premium: $14.99 per month or $149.99 per year.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. I was struggling being involved taking care of my grandmother, between cousins aunt uncles etc it’s difficult for all to actually help and be useful for her. This app helped us to centralize everything and most importantly to have peace of mind that everything is in order.
