Today, 08/15/2026 I just spent time tagging our high school football game.  The app just dropped out at least four different times during my tagging.  I was able to resume each time, however, when I hit the finish and uploaded into HUDL I got a surprise.  I checked my data and four of my columns contain all zeroes as the data.  The other 10plus columns have absolutely no data in them.  I spent 15min following the A.I. Bot but none of the solutions worked.  I am hoping I can speak with a live rep on Monday.  As with some of the other Coaches who shared reviews, I have used HUDL for years and this is very disappointing.  Hopefully they can listen to their customers and resolve our issues.

This app was awesome. 
Amazing. Great. 

Now it is just completely broken. No functionality whatsoever. Completely useless and doesn’t even load. They attempted to “improve” the app and made it infinitely worse.

The app updates continue to ruin a good thing.  

Recently updated my app and now the film glitches and freezes on iPad and iPhone.  Playlists have to be constantly refreshed.  

This is coming from a coach who has been here from day one of HUDL, fix this!
