## What is Hudson Yards?

Hudson Yards is the staff operations app for Hudson Yards Property Owners Association (POA) cleaning teams. Foremen run the night shift on the floor; project managers review work, send announcements, and stay in touch with the team.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Home — See tonight's shift at a glance, open work counts, and quick shortcuts to every tool.
• Shift — Start or continue a shift, update assignment status (done, partial, not done), add photos, extra tasks, and handovers, then submit when everything is complete.
• Field — Log overtime, manage staffing gaps, track equipment and supplies, and report issues with priority and photos.
• Messages — Read announcements from project management and chat with operations in real time.
• More — Request days off, change language (English, Español, Shqip), read the privacy policy, and contact support.

BUILT FOR THE FLOOR

The app is designed for commercial cleaning foremen working overnight in Hudson Yards buildings. Photo attachments document completed work and issues. Push notifications alert you to announcements and important messages. Background refresh keeps chat and shift data current without interrupting your work.

GUEST MODE

Tap Continue as guest on the sign-in screen to preview what the app does without an account. Guest mode does not send personal data to our servers.

STAFF ACCESS

Sign-in is provided by your building administrator. This app is not for the general public. Admin and configuration tasks are handled on the Hudson Yards web console.
