From the platform to the security to the support team, everything is top-notch couldn’t run our business without it. ### 2/5 — Incomplete *2025-06-20* The app works, and it supports features you can definitely appreciate on a mobile device, like adding photos, viewing documents, passwords, etc. but a lot of functionality is missing or is supported by directing you over to the web app (e.g adding/editing a kb article). I also think the navigation could be improved. When I click on a site, the UX is much less intuitive on the mobile app, for example. The biggest issue I have is the session management. The app makes a big fuss every time you return to it after a few hours, as you get logged out and must go through various prompts to log back in to the app. ### 5/5 — Life saving when on the road *2025-05-08* This app has saved me many times when I’m on the road visiting client offices. Access to passwords, contact info, and assets is good, but no ability to create new entries (that I’ve found) is a bit disappointing. It’s fast and easy enough to use. A laptop, that’s fine until you need to take a picture of an asset. Some of us pay for this service for our businesses. URL works fine. ### 2/5 — Needs improvement *2023-12-27* The app ui is clunky and not intuitive. The biggest issue is that the app logs out frequently making you login and provide mfa. Sometimes happen in just a few minutes. Turning on biometric login works for a little while but randomly disables itself and needs to be turned on again.
