Even though my VPN was not activated, I needed to remove it completely as an app from the phone. The connection now works. Bridge und App verbinden sich nicht. Fazit: App ohne Funktion. — This app has no working function. It finds the Philips Hue bridge, but there's no chance connecting the bridge with the app. A message with option „Retry/Cancel” appears. When you press Retry, the message appears again, when you press cancel – guess what – everything is cancelled. I opened this and it worked for a few minutes. Went to open it again, and it gives me an authentication error and tells me to open it on my phone to reconnect the bridge. When I go to reconnect it, it gives me “30 seconds” to press the button. But that 30 seconds is more like a 30th of a second. That said, this app works perfectly for controlling my lights from my watch. I prefer the basic menu and no busy complicated options on a small watch face. This is what comes up after I turn on a hue light from the watch itself. The light still reacts to pressing a color button or turning it on-off. 5 stars for the app itself. Hopefully you can find the bug and send an update. Thanks for let us use your app for free. ### 5/5 — Way better than the official Hue watch app. *2015-08-25, version 1.1* The official Philips Hue watch app is slow and didn't give you much control from your wrist. This app however is perfect for controlling your Hue lights, it gives you individual control of each bulb so you can change the colour, brightness or just chose one of your preset scenes, and once the app has loaded on the watch it's very responsive. It can still take a while to open the app on the Apple watch, but that's not the developers fault and hopefully will improve with watchOS 2.
