Hue Game is an educational app that uses your Philips Hue lights to create interactive brain training games. It focuses on improving memory, attention, and concentration through color-based challenges.
To get the full experience, you need a Philips Hue bridge and at least one color light connected to it. The app can be played without lights, but it is less engaging.
The app features a simple three-step onboarding process. You'll need to ensure your Hue bridge is on the same Wi-Fi network, press the button on the bridge to connect it, and then select your color lights within the app.
Hue Game offers three distinct brain games: 'Color train' for memory and attention, 'Memory match' for concentration, and 'Side swiper,' a version of the Stroop test for mental flexibility.
Each of the three brain games in Hue Game has 30 levels, totaling almost 100 levels of increasing difficulty. There is also a classic gaming mode to beat your high score.
No, Hue Game does not contain advertisements. It is a free application designed for an uninterrupted brain training experience.
Hue Game is rated 4+ by the app store, making it suitable for a wide range of users looking to train their cognitive skills.
Hue Game was last updated on August 30, 2023, with version 4.0. This indicates regular updates to improve functionality and potentially add new content.
