I put my number in one digit wrong, being in a hurry. Didn’t get the notification to my phone once my laundry was done and realized my mistake. Went into edit my profile and when you click “edit” the only things you can edit are your name (who cares?) and your promotional preferences. Once you have that set up, you just find the number washer or dryer you’re using and swipe to pay! One I don’t live in the state anymore, 2 you didn’t help me to set up the account so why do you need me to drive there to return the money to my original form of payment!
