July 2026 update lost features

New update:
Lost the filter option to show puzzles by size and difficulty etc.

Seems to have lost the 7x7 boards. Please bring them back (including option for
corner hints).

It was fun when it worked

I hadn’t played in a while. When I saw there had been an update, I tried to play again. The game crashes when I try to open it.

Lots of fun on iPhone, unplayable on iPad

Tons of fun on the phone, and even got some of the other available packs, but super frustrating on the iPad. Fix the playability on the iPad, and it would be a sure winner.

doesn’t work on iPad?

Installed on phone, works okay on phone. Installed on iPad, and game board extends beyond the screen, making gameplay impossible. Can’t get past the first board.

Not for me

Couldn’t get past the weird peeling animations over the squares, it was too busy.

FAQ

What is Huedoku?

Huedoku is a color puzzle game where players slide color tiles to recreate harmony. It's designed to be a relaxing and therapeutic experience, similar to how Sudoku works with numbers or Tetris with shapes, but focused on the language of color.

How do you play Huedoku?

You play by sliding color tiles into their correct positions until the colors relate harmoniously across and down, much like a crossword puzzle. The game encourages intuitive play, where placing colors where they 'look right' often leads to the solution.

Is Huedoku free to play?

The application is free to download and play, offering initial puzzles and levels. Additional content or features may be available through in-app purchases, allowing players to expand their experience.

What are the benefits of playing Huedoku?

Playing Huedoku can be relaxing and therapeutic due to its focus on color. It's also educational, offering insights into color theory and improving visual literacy, making it beneficial for artists, designers, and anyone interested in visual perception.

What kind of puzzles are included?

The app features original color puzzles with multiple levels that increase in difficulty. Early levels provide more clues, while later levels offer fewer or no clues, challenging players to master color relationships and visual harmony.
