## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App crashes

*2025-06-16, version 1.2*

It might be just me but every time I take a photo and try to ask a question it freezes.

### 1/5 — Really need some works

*2025-04-08, version 1.2*

The on-device AI is terrible like awful. It is so stupid it can’t even answer the simple questions correctly, and the ability of identifying from the photos and videos is even worst. This app should stay in beta test right now, people don’t deserve to use this half done app

### 1/5 — App crashes

*2025-03-27, version 1.2*

When I try to send a description, the app crashes. My device is an iPhone 11 running iOS 18.0

### 1/5 — Unstable

*2025-03-26, version 1.1*

Unfortunately in its current form and the latest update this app only crashes.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2025-03-20, version 1.0*

The app is crashing after clicking Describe or sending any text on iPhone 11.

### 1/5 — Pump the brakes, devs

*2025-03-20, version 1.0*

Doesn’t work. At all. Throws an error every time. Disappointing

### 2/5 — Great idea, poor accuracy

*2025-03-20, version 1.0*

After trying about 10 to 15 images across various scenes, I could not use this for any need that required accuracy. The idea is great and it does describe a lot of things, but the accuracy of the items it describes are almost all completely wrong. For example, it called a couch, a floor, and a wooden serving tray, a gaming console because there was a controller sitting on it. Hopefully they have more time to develop a more accurate product.

### 4/5 — Super start!

*2025-03-21, version 1.0*

It’s really great— i just wish it were easier to review the text output. It’s a tiny box on my phone - could it be resizable? or an option to go full screen since you’ve already taken a picture? Thanks, though - very useful!

### 4/5 — Overall, it’s a nice app with a few minor bugs.

*2025-03-20, version 1.0*

It’s a decent app to run visual models offline, but it falls short in several aspects. Every time I reopen the app, it gets stuck initializing the model and then proceeds to download the models again. Additionally, the offline mode is not well-supported. When there’s no internet connection, it displays an error message indicating “no internet connection.”

### 4/5 — Plz support Chinese

*2025-03-20, version 1.0*

Need Chinese language！！！

## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-07-17, version 1.2*

Great app

### 5/5 — Good

*2025-03-23, version 1.0*

Please fix bugs quickly

### 5/5 — Perfect Helper to Put Into Words

*2025-03-22, version 1.0*

This is a cool app that will describe anything you don’t have the words to describe yourself. For instance, my cat. I took a picture of my cat sitting on a chair and it was able to describe everything about the image nicely. What is very useful is being able to use the descriptors for use in ChatGPT or another AI model for creation purposes. One request I have that prevents me from giving 5-stars is that I can’t find a way to copy and paste the output from the app. Right now I take screenshots of each paragraph, open Photos, and copy/paste each text into a document. Please add the ability to copy and paste or perhaps have a “history” where it saves the conversations for later use!

### 5/5 — bug

*2025-03-21, version 1.0*

I like the huggingface platform very much, so I gave it five stars, but why does it keep flashing back when I use it?

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2025-03-19, version 1.0*

Love this little app! It’s simple, snappy, but works as advertised.
