I never signed up for that? That being said how do I cancel the stupid thing 🀷🏻 ### 3/5 β€” If it only worked all the time *2019-09-18* This app as compared to the standard Hughes app is much better as the standard one doesn’t even work at this time. However, that said, there are times when this app totally stalls and doesn’t show accurate data usage. There was a time when there was no connectivity whatsoever with my iPhone and the app and the actual modem itself. I finally had to delete the application and reinstall it several times before it finally recognized the system and provided me a new up-to-date accurate account of what data was left. I would like those involved with Hughes net to cut their high speed internet for a month and rely on Hughes net and ask themselves to write a review. This might be much more informative than doing a tally survey.. ### 1/5 β€” Junk Scam *2016-10-21* Don't waste your money. I downloaded this app to see my data usage. The graph moved down twice and never updated after that. I thought I still had data when I didn't. Found out when my internet stopped working. I called customer service and they did something to update the app to show zero data. Then they ask if I want to upgrade to a bigger package with more data or do I want to buy tokens. I would love to see a couple improvements that would give the app 5 Stars. The data meter has to be updated each time I want to view how much data is being used instead of constantly monitoring it. Another improvement I really would find very helpful would be if the data monitoring graph would actually show the same color as the Purchased data coloring while that data is being used and show the color of the Free-Extended data when it is being used. It gets a bit frustrating at times when you're not sure if you are using up all your data or if the Free-Extended data is being used. The data usage updates immediately and the Meter screen gives you a perfect snapshot of how much data you have left as well as how long until your monthly cycle resets. The token buying process is quick and easy. There are 4 of us in the family, we all have this app on our phones and it works perfectly for all of us. Great tool. It didn't make sense at the Hughes tools definitely showed my usage, but I noticed their monthly summary had same issue. A tech support call to Hughes turned up the fact that you're first 14-24 days are "bandwidth relaxed" and sure enough once I got past that boundary the app worked exactly as expected.
