Won’t accept debit or credit card payment, only Apple Pay and PayPal. Cant see the order I’ve placed or my past orders, just get an error code. Not good enough.

It’s frustrating that even after a few days of not having the app open you have to sign in with email all over again. Sign in with faceID works after you’ve logged into the account which seems silly if you’re just going to sign people out.The whole point of an app on your personal phone is to have a secure app you can easily access, improve the sign in experience please

An sich funktioniert die App wie sie soll. Sie hat jedoch zwei Bugs, die meiner Meinung nach schon längst hätten abgeschafft werden sollen. Erstens: egal ob man markiert dass man angemeldet bleiben soll oder nicht, man muss sich immer wieder anmelden. Zweitens und meiner Meinung viel störender: wenn man Artikel in der Wunschliste hat und es diese dann nicht mehr im Angebot gibt, lassen sich diese nicht mehr aus der Liste entfernen. Somit habe ich eine Nutzlose Liste, weil sie leere Felder enthält und diese sich nicht löschen lassen…

An sich übersichtliches Menü und Kategorien, leider auch mit einigen Fehlern behaftet. 
Man muss sich jedes Mal neu anmelden, was nervig ist, seit gestern bekomme ich für alle vergangenen Bestellungen mehrfach Push-Benachrichtigungen, dass die Sendung angeblich gestern erfolgreich zugestellt wurde. 
Bei der Eingabe der Adresse nach dem Warenkorb, kommt man nicht weiter, sondern wird immer wieder auf die bereits korrekt eingegebenen Adressdaten verwiesen und man kommt in der App nicht mehr weiter mit dem Bestellvorgang.
Diese Fehler sollten unbedingt behoben werden, daher 3 Sterne Abzug.

Comment s’appelle BOSS et avoir une telle application sur iOS ? Qui sont les développeurs derrière ça honnêtement ? 5 gros problèmes majeurs à régler d’urgence pour se prévaloir être un acteur sérieux : Déconnexion intempestive à chaque ouverture / fermeture (vous vous prenez pour une banque ?) + panier non actualisé avec des produits non disponibles qui restent dans le panier sans aucune indication et qui ne permettent pas d’acheter ou parfois qui permettent d’acheter un produit indisponible (c’est magique !) + calculateur de taille mensonger (je fais du 34 maintenant en pantalon alors que je fais du 30/31 depuis toujours et maintenant c’est du grand n’importe quoi => j’ai fais confiance au calculateur et j’ai reçu des pantalons évidement 2x trop grands) + crashs intempestifs pendant le mes ajouts aux paniers + impossible d’acheter avec une adresse postale qui ne conviendrait pas mais aucun message d’erreur ! Ne venez pas me dire que c’est un problème utilisateur, je suis du métier, votre application nous freine à acheter du BOSS…

Can’t click on any options, app doesn’t recognise my login details and ‘forgot password’ doesn’t send out an email. Search function also doesn’t work, get ‘demandware error 0’
I just want to be able to see my previous orders and browse items and the app won’t let me do either.

I've stopped buying from boss. This app needs fixed. 

It can't even differentiate between shoes and trainers. 

If I want to shop for office shoes I do not want to see trainers and running shoes

The app is easy to use and is clearly layed out. There are a couple of negatives, one being that when you select your item size it will automatically put the item into your basket which is frustrating and the other one being that if you put something on your wishlist and you logout and then login again and comeback to your wishlist it duplicates the items, meaning you have 2 of the same item on your wishlist. A glitch I’m sure, hopefully they’ll notice this and fix this issue.

War mir direkt zu nervig, da ich ins Onlinekonto bequem reinkomme, aber mit gleichen Login nicht rein komme und die Fehlermeldung Benutzerkennung falsch. 
Dann dachte ich noch, dass ich was falsch gemacht habe und wollte Passwort zurücksetzen aber auch dort passierte nichts. Nach 5min Wartezeit nochmal über die Webseite gecheckt und da ging es wieder sofort. Naja App jedenfalls direkt gelöscht, weil mir dafür die Zeit zu schade ist. Dafür gibt‘s andere bessere Apps mit verschiedenen Marken wo Hugo Boss auch vertreten ist.

Die App ist an sich ganz gut. Aber leider werden keine Favoriten gespeichert finde ich. Blöd ist auch, dass man ständig ausgeloggt wird. Ich glaube ich würde viel mehr bestellen, wenn ich meine Favoriten immer übersichtlich hätte. Ich kann nicht verstehen warum man so eine Kleinigkeit nicht beheben kann. Das ist schon sehr erkunden und freundlich und Man verzichtet auf wirklich viele Einnahmen. Ich anstelle von Boss, würde mir ein neues Entwicklungsteam suchen.
Die Probleme bestehen ja schon echt sehr lange!

The app looks nice aesthetically but you can’t save anything to your wishlist or shopping cart, which renders it pointless. Better off just using the website.

The Boss App is complete garbage, none of the discounts work and you do not receive any of the benefits stated, really poor from a company like Boss. Obviously German design quality does not extend to App’s!!!

Die App ist aktuell eine Katastrophe und aufgrund eines schlechten UX nicht zu empfehlen. Man wird ständig -warum auch immer- ausgeloggt und die Favoriten lassen sich nicht vernünftig speichern - dieses Problem besteht, siehe auch Vorrezensenten schön seit länger Zeit. Anscheinend wird an einer Weiterentwicklung nicht nachdrücklich genug gearbeitet.

A scam. All vouchers they provide are useless as they don’t apply to a checkout but a basket. Add or remove a product, or unknowingly have one item on sale in the basket and you’ve lost your voucher.
