My camera was working for a couple of weeks and then just stopped. I tried resetting it and it just never connects to any server they have. I’ve sent 10 emails over the course of 5 months and no reply with a resolution at all. They haven’t contacted me or fixed the servers so that I can actually view the camera feed.
