I travel from the US where I reside to Honduras quite often. Out of the blue I can’t pay with my US credit cards. I use them all around Honduras without any problem. It’s just the app Hugo. Hope this gets fixed cause it ruins the experience. I tried contacting support and blame my credit card companies. I contacted them and they have no idea what they are talking about. So seeing how I can use them all over Honduras without a problem I believe there is a glitch on the app. Hope it gets fix ### 1/5 — Not Trustworthy! *2023-04-26* I had a horrible experience with this app. I was staying in a remote area and checked before booking holiday if I could get food delivered as there is limited to no option where we were. I ordered food the first night and it was delivered without an issue but after that we couldn’t get groceries or anything else, we went a whole day without food on one of these days. On our holiday!! The “help” chat was useless and rude!!
