App is good, but not as feature rich or smooth as some other restaurants in the area. Also, the app gives you 10 ladles of sauce to choose from and it doesn’t seem to be nearly enough. Or whoever is making it isn’t using the correct amount. Both mine and my fiancé’s food was dry! As much as I love HuHot and the food. Signed me out, can’t sign back in. Same credentials work on their website to check rewards but doesn’t work in the app anymore. Attempting to change your password through the “Forgot Password” link is pointless, as it doesn’t even send an email to update the password like it should. Can’t even order through the app, as it tells me “You have exceeded the maximum number of requests for this resource. Please try again later.” What the hell does that even mean?! I tapped on “Order Now” and that’s the prompt I receive?
