I don't mind paying extra. But some drivers lack awareness with pets even if i call the firm to tell them. Then some get annoyed with me because of the cat, which I understand some pet owners are not more careful, but my cat sits on towels, in her carrier on my knee. The app doesn't even let us tell the driver we have a cat or dog which would be a useful feature. I have social anxiety so i prefer not to take a bus. So I've had a few frustrating encounters with drivers. Ours was very quick today and friendly. Hope the app works. I’d rather just pay the driver than use the app since I’ve seen concerns elsewhere about paying for taxis via app, so I’m not sure at the moment. It’d be nice to track cars like with Drive. I did have the validation token error when I registered first time, but it turns out you need a text with a code before you can register. On my second attempt I got the code. I think this is something that needs fixing so that you get the code as you register or it’s going to frustrate people. Ever since the new app update it’s slow, janky, frustrating to even select your destinations (the train station isn’t a selectable option, and my partner’s house isn’t even on the map, so have to select a pickup point a short walk away!). But worst of all is not even providing an option to prebook for a certain time or day. I travel by train a lot and not being able to book a taxi at the actual train station for a set time is a deal breaker. Simply no choice but to change firm. Since the updates I’m not able to login and when I ask to send links to my email. I never receive it! Trying to re-register not letting me! I asked the company they have no idea!! Usually late on a night it just says ‘there is a problem’ as they they just switch it off at peak times when it should just say ‘there are no taxis a available due to demand’! Most times when trying to book i pay and then it says booking unsuccessful.
