このストリーミングサービス、特にHulu Japanに星ゼロの評価を付けられるとしたら、そうします。この日本のストリーミングサービスはゴミです。まさにゴミの典型です。このストリーミングサービスは外国人居住者に全く優しくありません。番組を多言語対応にアップデートできない理由はありません。日本に引っ越してきたばかりの外国人居住者で、番組を見るために既に様々な手続きを踏まなければならない私にとって、これは本当に馬鹿げています。日本に引っ越してきたばかりの外国人居住者が登録する際にも、このサービスは外国人居住者に優しくありません。日本のデビットカードやクレジットカードをすぐに入手する方法はなく、コンビニに行って、完全に日本語で書かれた機械で、レジ係から印刷されたレシートを受け取るのも日本語でしか書かれていないのは非常に不便です。このストリーミングサービスは、デバイスからプロジェクタースクリーンや、より大きなスクリーン、例えばプロジェクターなどのデバイスにキャストして、番組を全画面で楽しむ機能を制限しています。このストリーミングサービスは、言語に関しては外国人居住者に優しくありません。例えば、日本人人口の大部分が英語を話せるので、英語を追加するのは難しくありません。実際、英語を学びたいと考えている外国人居住者にとって、日本の番組に英語字幕を付ければ日本語を学ぶのに役立つはずです。私は文字通りお金を無駄にして、Hulu Japanの会員になろうとしましたが、視聴している番組を一つも楽しめませんでした。これは全くひどいサービスであり、ストリーミングサービスの運営もずさんです。早急な改善が必要です。

アプリの「解約をご検討の方はこちら」という部分を押しても反応しない、Googleで検索すると「huluはアプリから解約出来ない」と出てくる。

個人的な意見にはなってしまうが、解約の意思を持つユーザーがスムーズに解約できるUIを作成することはユーザーに対する最低限の誠意であると感じる。

さらに、Huluの公式サイトから解約手続きを行おうとしてもGoogle決済に飛ばされる→作成済みのすべてのGoogleアカウトを確認したが、いずれも「有効な定期購入はありません。」と表示される

というように解約できない。


以前、契約していた際にも類似の状況に陥り、結局その際はGoogleアカウントに登録していたクレカを削除し、無理矢理解約した。

### 4/5 — お金を支払っているのにポイントでしか見れない作品がある

Huluを見るために、定期料金は支払っているのに、見たい動画がポイント制で、ポイントを有料で買わなければならない場合があります。しかも、ポイントでレンタルなのが嫌です。ポイントで買えるならまだ話が違いますが、一回だけポイントで作品をレンタルしても見れる時間が少なく、ポイントの料金が高いのが不満です。しかもシリーズ作品を全てポイントでレンタルできるわけではなく、シリーズの1話あたりのポイント価格で高く、レンタルなのがより不満です。どういうことがというと、1シーズンに24話入ってる場合、1話あたりのポイント価格で表記してあり、全ての話を見るには同じポイントを支払わなければならないということです。それと有料アプリなのに広告が出るところが不満です。流れる動画広告ではないですが、見たい作品を押して見ようとすると出てくるのはうざく感じます。

今までレンタルしたい作品が無くて、不満ではなかったのですが、レンタルしてみたいと思った時に、レンタルしたい作品がシリーズもので1シーズン1話しか高いポイントで買えないので不満に思いました。
レンタル制を高いポイントで作られるくらいなら、基本料金が高くなっても何回でも視聴できるようにして、広告も消して欲しいです。

普通には見れます。ですが、より快適に見るため外部コントローラーから捜査しようとするとバグります。

iPadである作品をみていて、作品の音声が何重(作品を超えて)にも再生されることがある。

ピクチャインピクチャて見ていると、使用しているイヤホンから停止、再生操作をすると、通常の作品の再生に被せて、以前見ていた作品の音声が途中から再生される。

また、外部コントローラー(例えばiPhoneのデバイスコントロール)から再生操作をすると作品は再生されるが、前に見ていた作品の音声が同時に流れる。

レビュアー主、現在は3つの作品のコラボとなっています。名探偵コナンxPSYCHO-PASSxPSYCHO-PASSの3種類が被り、豪華殺戮アニメを見ています。
対応いただければ幸いです。

見たいドラマがこちらにあり、1ヶ月単位で契約しようとしました。
Amazonでチケットを購入したのですが、
なぜかアップルIDでの契約となり、解約を申し出てやり直しをするのに1日以上かかりました。まさかの選んでもいないApple IDでした。
よくクルクルし、視聴が固まり、動画の取得がタイムアウトしました。のエラーが出ます。アプリを再インストールやタブレット再起動、画質のアップ、試みましたが、変わりはありません。こんなにもクルクルするなら、テレビでCM入るドラマの方がマシ。マイページに戻り、お気に入りに入れた数本のドラマは、追加順(降順)がデフォルトで、いちいち昇順に変えます。見たいものからお気に入りに入れており、昇順にしたら、それを記憶してもらわないと、いちいちスクロールする事すら面倒。netflixがいかに見やすく設定されているのだなと改めて認識した。長期契約はしないが、見たいドラマだけクルクル我慢して視聴します。これは私だけでしょうか？？凄くストレス。
ドラマラインナップがどうというより、システムに疑問がある。

すごく使いづらくなりました。
Huluやめたいくらいストレスです。

携帯のフル画面（横向き）で再生すると、再生の進み具合を表す緑のバーのすぐ下に

【字幕設定】
【画質・通信量】

などがあり、再生バーをスライドして早送りや巻き戻しをしたいのに、設定画面が開いてしまいます。

しかもバーのタッチ感知が悪いのか、私の指が悪いのか反応が悪く毎回イライラします。

コンテンツの絞り込みをもっと改善すべき！
この3ヶ月で、おそらく1〜2本程度しか観るものがない。（退会手続きが、簡単なら、とっくに辞めてる。）
特にドラマ…海外コンテンツで、韓流に寄りすぎ！
¥1000だし、少し期待して、週一開くけど…マジで観るものがない！

チケットを購入したが結局登録出来ずホントに最悪なアプリだなと思いました。周りでも同じ原因で登録出来ない方が多くインターネットを使い調べましたが正確な方法がありません。
じゃあ結局クレジットがないとチケットを買っても意味ないと？ってなりますよ。
これならU-NEXTさんをご利用した方が断然良いかと思います。お金払って買ったんだから流石にもっと手順を考えた方が良いかと思います。
本当に最悪でした。

お金を支払っている人が
視聴機器をしっかり管理できない所。
Netflixはちゃんと全部管理できるのに
HuluはiPhoneの管理しかできません。
なので友人の
PS4などゲーム機器から一度ログインすると
こちらでパスワードを変えようがログアウトしようがずっとみれます。
接続機器にすら表示されません。
見覚えのない視聴履歴だけが勝手に増えていきます。

NetflixからHuluに乗り換えました。
理由としては国内ドラマがHuluの方が豊富だったからです。
サービスにはとても満足しています。
しかし、アプリの不具合なのでしょうか、、
視聴中に他のアプリに移動後、再度視聴しようとすると音声が流れない事が多々あります。
その都度アプリを一旦終了し、再度見ていた動画を開こうとすると今度は最初から再生されてしまう、、という悪循環に陥ります。
この不具合がなくなれば星5です。
