Unfortunately, we have not been about to access the app. It keeps giving me errors upon opening it. We have deleted the app and reinstalled it in hopes we could login again, however, we can’t even get pass the “agree” tab now because it keeps saying there’s trouble with downloading some of the files (which is the reason for the 2 stars). I bought a bunch of them a while back and just ran out, and you can’t find the toothbrush anywhere. Apparently you can use different brush heads in the electric one, but the electric one I had went swimming and met its demise. It was an amazing product. One of a kind and incredibly effective. It was a really fun way to get her to want to brush her teeth and helps her practice with good habits! Unfortunately it rates you on if you did a “good” job. It uses the camera to sense where the toothbrush is in her mouth. The problem is it doesn’t always capture it correctly and so she will get a negative score! Which she gets really sad. I can honestly talk her out of that sadness. BUT NOW she can’t even open new levels unless she has A PERFECT SCORE! So we are stuck unable to continue. She’s upset, I’m upset. I read a message that hum sent to everybody who has it and they are trying to protect themselves and it said we make updates to make the app really fun I even tried some of the easiest worlds and it gave me two stars I was like what is going on with the app I can’t get 3 stars I am done with this app for good!! Make complaints to hum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. And this has been happening since June ever time I get two stars it doesn’t give them to me at all I don’t know what is happening but it’s gotta be glitch or a hack in the system. And just so you know I have a ridiculously large amount of gems I have 48769 gems that’s a lot right ? We have tried multiple handles, different backdrops, different iPhones, distances from the phone. The technology just isn’t there yet I guess.
