Not a big deal, just called a Lyft instead but not useable for sure :/ ### 5/5 — Excellent Business Module! *2025-08-25, version 1.5.0* This app is honestly the coolest and the new wave to avoid surge pricing with the same consistent price and driver if you choose everyday. Having a private driver or new ones who are consistently on time and willing to keep you as their private rider is another perk to this app. I started driving for HUM in Phoenix, Arizona as a driver and it’s been great! I’m making 100 percent of the fares and booking my own private rides through the driver app. So simple to use and much better profits than Uber and Lyft because your making all of the fare 👍 There’s a flex plan that’s free and you keep 75 percent of the fare or you can pay $30 a month and keep 100 percent of the fare. $5 minimum fare and $1 a mile plus extra for wait time or traffic is paid to the driver. It’s simple math when you compare the fees to Uber and Lyft.$30 a month is a fair price allowing HUM to profit and improve for us drivers and passengers! The drivers are commercially insured much better than Uber and Lyft if you look on their website. So you’re actually safer driving with HUM. Ask Ai Grok what it thinks of HUM compared to uber and Lyft and you’ll be surprised it will say it aligns HUM as the blueprint to a fare and transparent Rideshare app when it comes to prices for passengers and driver pay! So what are you waiting for book a ride or sign up as a driver today! 😏👍 ### 1/5 — Worse rideshare app ever! *2025-07-16, version 1.5.0* Poor and not worth it to order. Waste my time ### 1/5 — Super glitchy and bad UX *2025-01-01, version 1.4.9* Not only did I get charged for a ride that never happened, this app is needs major updates. Constantly freezes and the actions will not work frequently ### 1/5 — A scam, don’t waste your time and money. *2024-10-14, version 1.4.9* The driver does not get 100% of the fair. The driver has to pay this company a high dollar membership fee to be a part of the platform. And you also have to pay for your own background check. Five days went by. I had the app on literally all day. Every day. I got ONE ride. When I clicked on it, it said I would get around $18 and some change. They paid me $13.60. For 30 minutes of work. They charged the customer $15.71. According to them. They took a fee of $.57. Who knows why. Then they charge the DRIVER tax on top of that on every ride! And then you also have to pay income tax on top of that! So we’re double taxed? At least that’s what the app said. I ended up with $13.60. I did not get 100% of the fair. Do not trust their fine print. Customers should stay far away from this app! They lose the customer and the driver in the fog by claiming the driver gets 100% of the fair. conclusion, they charge the driver a lot of money to be a part of the platform. They charge the driver fees for every ride. And they charge the driver tax on every ride. I wonder what they really charge the customer? ### 3/5 — Crashed and won’t load. *2024-08-25, version 1.4.7* Tried to get my first ride, the app crashed and won’t load back up. My ride did show up which was good. Other then the app issue everything else was great. ### 5/5 — Ditched Uber and Lyft *2024-07-08, version 1.4.5* Hum is a great competitor for Uber and Lyft. From my local airport, Hum is consistently half the price of Uber and Lyft. Plus drivers get to keep all the fair! I am always shocked at how much cheaper Hum is than the other options. ### 5/5 — Driver *2024-05-02* As a driver I hear the frustration from the passengers about these big apps over charging. As drivers we feel it and see it, I drive for HUM often. The ride is always great because the customer is not being over charged and the driver is compensated and everyone is happy. One ride often leads to more rides because the riders can schedule with me directly. We are creating a relationship that can’t be done on the other big apps. I love driving for HUM and my passengers! HUM is the future of Rideshare! ### 5/5 — Best in class! *2024-03-26, version 1.4.5* HUM was there for my crew when leaving the Waste Management Open. All other ride share apps were 1hr+ on wait time and over $100. HUM was practically waiting for me as soon as I submitted for a ride AND I saved like $60.
