The sounds seems to be highly repetitive white noise and little else. I do not do yoga. But I saw an add about effect of cortisol in our body and the power of sound frequencies and for me it was like offering a glass of water to me in the desert. I listen to these sound frequencies daily for however long I can find pockets of time - and they have an unbelievably profound impact on how I FEEL! Regardless of content, it doesn’t stream well. So while you are listening to a deep mediation it’s pauses (for a long time like 25-45 seconds), skips and shuts down. App wants more money and says I’m not subscribed. Reported this, now I have to wait for Thomas to get back to me personally. Not happy! ### 1/5 — Poor support. *2026-03-17* I have had problems accessing the daily mediations. Not sure there even are such a thing. I’ve emailed Huma and had no success in getting proper help. After 3-4 emails it must be clear to them I’m having problems but it feels like the responses are from a robot rather than a person. You need to stick to your words and put a place to cancel the subscription. I’m very disappointed. I will never trust an app again. It always says “this is managed off app” but doesn’t provide any information on where “off app” is or who to get in touch with. I had to comb through their policies to finally find an email address for support. I have the receipt from PayPal. But Thomas and his customer support keep sending me emails with login info, but even when I log in, I have restricted access to some of the videos I would like to see. I am told that I do not have a membership, but I have a receipt for a Lifetime Membership. I keep emailing requesting assistance with activating my Lifetime Membership, and receive no satisfactory customer support. This ordeal is causing me a great deal of stress, and I'm certain my cortisol levels are off the charts. Thomas has videos about the evils of cortisol, yet based on some of the reviews I have read on here, he creates situations that increase cortisol level exponentially. He has $66 of mine and I have nothing. I don't want a refund, I want my Lifetime Membership activated so I can access all of the other videos. ### 1/5 — NO ACCESS *2026-01-12, version 3.30.0* I paid for the lifetime membership and this is the third time it’s saying I didn’t purchase any of these videos.
