After they get your email address you can only continue by entering a six digit code they supposedly email you there. I followed all their troubleshooting steps and kept checking my spam filters. And that code never arrived. Maybe they will get that fixed.

The concept is great but if you have a waist over 59 inches you will not get accurate results.
