The coloring/design of charts is easy to read. I wanted to save more than 5 charts at a time so I paid the $5.99 to upgrade. It didn’t work. Thought maybe I upgraded in the wrong place so I paid $5.99 again. It still wouldn’t save more charts. So I updated the app and paid $5.99 a third time and it still didn’t let me save charts. Now I’ve spent $18 and got nothing for it. And it’s unclear where I could even request my money back. I purchased a combined chart that doesn’t give me much information at all. I should have known better. Also found several misspelled words - hard to believe those haven’t been corrected. So I paid another $5.99 and when I click on the pages it tells me I have to pay more. But they say that $14.99 gives you full access. So, I’ve wasted $20+ and didn’t get the info. ### 2/5 — Ok *2022-08-05, version 2.2.1* It's been working quite ok for the past years, now there's a bug, as when trying to put the date of birth, there's a small calendar at the bottom of the page that's not shown in the screen - IPhone SE New- and it is not possible to insert the date. Then useless. Yesterday I noticed that all of my saved charts just fully disappeared, and I would like to know what happened. Very disappointing:-/ ### 1/5 — The old purchase can’t be transferred into a new phone. I can’t restore it in my new phone. *2025-03-29* The app was glitching for a couple of years but now it’s dead on a new iPhone. Can’t restore purchase. Also it can’t always find a cities of other countries than USA. Moving away from this app ### 1/5 — Disappointing… wish I’d read the reviews *2024-07-16, version 2.2.6* After using the basic functionality for some time I decided to pay for the ‘all access’ option to the app. Paid AU$24 and got zilch - no enhanced functionality and no response to multiple emails. I sent to follow up. This was some months ago now - plenty of time to respond, but nothing. Since the scammers are banking on me upgrading again, I’m not that stupid to keep clicking that button. But I will be contacting Apple to report this app. Don’t throw your money away. ### 1/5 — Money Pit—Don’t upgrade *2023-10-13* It pains me to say this: Once upon a time I had full functionality of this app and all features worked 100% and it was my favorite app. Then, one day, the paid features part of the app (which I had paid for) suddenly no longer worked. I logged out, logged back in, reported the problem, contacted the owner of the app, and heard nothing back. Crickets. I loved the app so much that I said, “Well, I’ll just pay for a full upgrade again.” Even though I did that, the app kept giving me the prompt, “You have to pay for this feature,” even though I’d paid for the full functionality of the app now twice! I reported the problem again to Apple two more times and never got my money back. Finally, I had to go my credit card company to see if they would reverse the charges and they did. ### 1/5 — Paid and doesn’t work *2023-10-12, version 2.2.2* Paid 15.99 for full access and nothing works. I have closed out of it and restarted but it doesn’t track that I paid. When I try to access any info it asks me to upgrade - the 15.99 states you get access to the full app. Like the other person said. You pay and there is no one to contact to get support or your $ back. Not good ### 1/5 — DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING IN THIS APP *2023-09-29, version 2.2.2* Love human design and the app is just ok, very convoluted. But the real kicker is when you purchase access, nothing happens. It is well worth the small fee to purchase for these features, as well as the references to each of the hexagrams and lines from Chetan’s “Book of Lines”. This app is golden if you take the time to understand what is being conveyed. ### 5/5 — Great app to run Human Design Charts *2021-08-23* Great to find out instantly people’s Human Design and decision making authority. Chetan and Carola have created a very special and powerful app that easily allows me to carry with me all I need to live my best life!
