The app doesn’t work. Don’t download it just keeps loading.

I BOUGHT 4 APPS FROM THIS DEVELOPER AND NONE OF THEM WORK AND I HAVE NO WAY OF GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THE DEVELOPER TO GET THE APPS FIXED AND WORKING!!! I WAS REALLY EXCITED TO ORDER AND USE THESE APPS SO I AM EXTREMELY UPSET THAT NOT A ONE WORKS!!!  If you are the developer please contact me or just fix the apps I bought that do not show anything other than the titles for: HRM Guide; Learn HR Management; Project; and SEO Guide (none of the apps work) please fix or refund me my money!!! I’d prefer the apps to work!!!
