Do better. *2026-03-19, version 4.1.1* Come on Human Touch. Recently got your Super Novo X chair and what an amazing device. Best massage chair out there IMHO. But the app that you developed (at least for this top of the line chair model is sorely lacking). The voice control feature does not work, and if you try to save any of your personal settings to your favorites tab…anytime you activate that saved favorite tab, it basically just turns the chair off !! What the heck ?! I see it’s been over a year since you have updated your app. Please get your tech team to improve this app to help control and match the level of your chairs capabilities. ### 1/5 — Great chair, horrible app *2026-01-24, version 4.1.1* UPDATE: After a month of trying to use this app off and on, I can confirm my initial impression that it is useless. I’m not sure why it even exists. And I don’t understand how it has any positive reviews. “Functions” like voice control, etc., still don’t actually function as far as I can make out. I’m especially disappointed that “Favorites” doesn’t work. My only significant gripe with the Super Novo 2 chair is that you can’t configure settings such as intensity before a massage program starts. “Favorites” is supposed to solve that. But it doesn’t—selecting a Favorite in the app just turns the chair off! I want to stress that I still LOVE the Super Novo 2 chair itself. It’s a game changer for recovery from physical activity, pain relief, stress relief, etc., and it is a show piece in my living room. I HIGHLY recommend the chair. But plan to control it with the remote control, not this mystifyingly bad app. I hate to be so critical of something from Human Touch, which is a good company that makes AWESOME and durable massage chairs. (I actually also own an older, less advanced HT chair that still functions after 18 years!) I’m hoping they take this constructively as suggestions for improving this app. In the meantime, you can buy their CHAIRS with confidence. But I can’t make sense of this app. It doesn’t seem to do much, and it doesn’t do things it’s supposed to do. E.g., the voice control function seems to not work at all past the initial demo of that feature. Maybe it does a lot of things, but I can’t figure it out. It’s totally non-intuitive. If a reasonably competent user can’t even figure out how to use the app, that’s a problem in itself. Maybe I will figure out more as I go along and will revise this review. The link to verify my email address is broken so I can’t even create an account. I expected more from a chair that was so expensive. Do better! ### 5/5 — Best of both worlds *2025-08-05, version 4.1.1* I have a Gravis and switch between the remote and app, depending on when I use it. The app is great when I’m multitasking on my phone and trying to loosen up a bit during work. Then I use the remote when I want to completely unplug and just unwind and recover from the day. ### 1/5 — Connection is buggy *2025-04-22, version 4.1.1* Trying to connect is intermittent.
