I can’t express how amazing Thai service is and the customer service if you need help they always go above and beyond! Great job Ali make them give you a bonus or pay rise ! ### 5/5 — Very helpful and convenient! *2020-02-05* I’m so glad that our company participated to have Earnd as our solution for having a “one tap money transfer” straight to your bank account in case of emergency. I would encourage other companies to give Earnd a try and I am sure your employees has no reasons not to go to work because of having shortage of fuel money or having trouble on the road and had no money for immediate assistance. Very easy, convenient and you don’t have to wait for payday to have your money. No employers have before ever given the option of financial freedom to their employees, earnd allows this. I honestly believe every business should use this app as a feature. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Poor monitoring of issues and blatant disregard for keeping consumers updated. *2026-07-06* There’s absolutely no monitoring or alert system in place to tell anyone in charge of handling bank/system outages on weekends, leaving withdrawals ‘processing’ for days when issues arise around this time. When I was finally connected with an actual person on Monday, he stated there is no-one in the office on weekends, not even an on-call employee. They do not care to fix major issues with withdrawals, even though weekends being a major high point in the volume of withdrawals. There was zero communication with consumers during or after their latest outage, leaving them in the dark, this is especially concerning considering the common use of withdrawals for emergencies. Even after they finally realised there was an outage with their bank connection on Monday morning, they failed to report the issue to consumers. The people running this system clearly don’t care if they leave consumers in the dark about issues/outages or and have a blatant disregard for customer service. ### 1/5 — FIX THIS! *2024-03-30* The app has been down since yesterday and I still can’t use it. Being Easter weekend, I got a notification a few days ago saying that messages won’t get answered till Monday (which is fine), but the entire app is DOWN.
