Using this to clock in and out  is fine. Overall very basic, though all you need.
My issues are that it constantly freezes and this can be weekly to the point I have to uninstall and reinstall all the time. It will do this usually when I’m trying to log in to work. Very frustrating.

It’s confusing when I receive an email asking me to accept or decline a shift in the app and it’s grey and not blue. I want to accept or decline the shift in the app but I have to send an email anyway because I’m very confused.

Overall functionality is fairly good as an employee.  The app does most things I need (I prefer to manage my availability on the desktop website instead).

The big problem with the app is that it freezes on startup (today it said “failed to load settings” instead, but essentially the same result - deleting and reinstalling the app is the only way to fix the problem.  The problem with this is that you have to login again, and due to site policies, stored passwords never match the actual passwords, so I can’t use the app until I can check the current password for my account.  This is a major impediment to an otherwise useful app.

I download the app, it works for a week then it simply won’t move from the loading screen no matter how long you give it. Delete the app and reinstall and it and it works again. Wait one more week and it’s stopped working again.

This app is a step down on the yellow app. 
Timesheets need to be manually adjusted frequently as the app will not allow clock outs on a regular basis. It will show a loading image for the team member.
Accessing each days timesheets isn’t as easy. The green and red highlight on days they are all authorised or require authorisations respectively are gone. Bad call.
Seeing what time a person returns from lunch when they are on lunch is no longer simple through the Attendance section. 
I could go on.

Of all the apps I’ve had to use for work schedules where I have to clock in and out, this is by far the absolute worst for the simple reason that the app won’t even open when I need to clock in or out at a minimum of half the time. It just works when it wants to. The app often just sits with its logo doing nothing and it’s infuriating. And before you ask, yes my internet connection is fully functional at the time, yes my app is up to date, yes I have tried turning my phone on and off, Yes, I am on site when trying to clock on, yes all my other apps are working exactly as they should. It’s this app specifically. I am constantly having to advise management of what time I arrived and departed work for them to manually fix it on the back end to ensure I am paid correctly. I could never in good conscience recommend this app with regard to its current performance.

The Humanforce app is a very basic tool, primarily designed for viewing rather than managing shifts or schedules in any meaningful way. While it does allow staff to see their roster, clock in/out, and apply for leave, the app lacks major functionality and control for users who need more flexibility or visibility over their work schedule.

One notable missing feature is the ability to sync rosters with smartphone calendars. There is currently no URL or integration option that allows users to subscribe to their schedule via calendar apps like Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook — a feature that’s fairly standard in most modern workforce platforms.

In its current form, the app serves a limited purpose. It would benefit greatly from more interactive features, better integration options, and overall improvements in usability for both staff and managers.

My new company only uses this stupid app. It always creates problems during clocking in out. I checked my internet connection. I tried the exact same places where my clock in worked once or twice. It only works when it wants to. I used other Kronos in my previous works. I never ever had any issues. Now every time I have to ask my manager to fix my timesheet manually. I feel awful. I don’t know how to solve the issue.

I’ve got a new job which I love. Only thing is they use this stupid app for clocking time. 
I can use the desktop website to bid shifts etc despite it being tedious to use but this app is the pits. I can’t believe it’s 2025 nearly 2026 and they can’t make an app that allows you to log in smoothly?!!!
