### 5/5 — Everything I need

*2026-07-05, version 1.0.1825*

I’ve been using this app for three years now and continue to be impressed by it. Training for triathlons and juggling life as a parent of two young kids was overwhelming. Humango took the stress out of scheduling and adapting to missed sessions or just saying I only have 30 min to train today. Recent updates to the AI are phenomenal and I’ve only scratched the surface on conversationally making changes to my plan with the AI assistant.
If you’re looking for a highly adaptive training plan and not the premium prices of a coach that adapts to you’re recovery and if you missed a session in realtime, then look no further!

### 5/5 — Jem

*2026-07-03, version 1.0.1825*

I really enjoy this app. Wasn’t navigate, update and use with my Garmin and flexible. Highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Love using Humango to train for my races and improve my health!

*2026-07-02*

Great app and have seen many improvements since the last update

### 5/5 — Best training app for running I’ve tried

*2026-07-02*

I have found great success with HumanGO for marathon and half marathon training. I like that I can adjust my plan and build race plans in the app. It works well with my busy schedule.

### 5/5 — Great training App

*2026-04-18*

Great app with really clear layout , very intuitive and links well to Garmin. Great value too

### 3/5 — Will certainly help achieve triathlon goals

*2026-04-13, version 1.0.1639*

I used this app as a fresh athlete planning for a sprint triathlon. I want customised plans that would build towards my goal and it achieved that impeccably.
The best feature, by far, is integration with Apple workouts. This means it integrated entirely with other apps I use. The weekly replan it automatically does is solid as well. I missed a swim set, for example, so it updated the following week with a new swim goal to continue pushing towards the triathlon.

Where it falls short is it doesn’t always align the workouts when I open the app and needs a reimport. It also doesn’t let me add an impromptu session without triggering a full replan. During training I wanted to tack on a 1km run after a ride as a brick set and it would replan the whole week, or it would pull a future run forward as underachieved.

For $50 per month I’d want better workout customisation and improved automation around the integrations.

Right now it’s good but I won’t continue between seasons

### 2/5 — Good and bad

*2026-01-06*

I am having a hard time logging on my iPhone

### 2/5 — Good and bad

*2025-08-25, version 1.0.1373*

I've been using this training app for about six months, and I've seen an improvement in my running and cycling. However, I’m experiencing issues with connecting it to my Apple Watch. I've tried everything, but I still can't see the app on my watch, which would be helpful for tracking my heart rate while running. I'm now looking for a similar app.

### 2/5 — Not really useful

*2025-07-11*

The app still has some bugs (e.g, when you set your location to Germany (DE), it gives you the Denver time zone which messed up my training data quite a bit). I reported the bug and although I’ve received an automated email saying they would get back to me within 48 hrs nothing happend.
On top of that the UX of the mobile app isn’t great and the chat bot isn’t of any help either. E.g. I wanted HR based trainings for cycling instead of watt based (bc I don’t have a device to measure the watts) and it couldn’t be adjusted. All in all, not very happy and won’t extend the free trail. Even if it would be free I’m not sure if I’d continue using it - let alone paying 30$ a month.
I really had higher hopes for this one.

### 3/5 — I don't think the subscription is worth it, for me

*2025-07-10*

I'm either too stupid to understand how to use this app or it's just too complicated to use. But it definitely has bugs. Why are all the remaining workouts for a week (from Hugo?) deleted when I enter a day off? It doesn't seem to be real AI to me either, as it (Hugo) only selects ready-made workouts from its inventory and, in my opinion, can't really give me any good tips as a beginner.

What works very well is the connection of the workouts to my Apple Watch and my Suunto watch. Three stars for that.

### 5/5 — No Glitches

*2025-06-18*

This app is flawless. It takes some getting used to as it is rather sophisticated and built for people serious about getting to better health and athletic performance. It’s has no bugs, connects to everything and has the best training protocols of any fitness app I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried them all. I hit every athletic goal I set if I just follow the guidance offered. 5 Stars. Nice work Human Go!

### 5/5 — The flexibility around changing over workout sessions is great !

*2025-06-15, version 1.0.1257*

Allows me to customize my workout and love the flexibility

### 3/5 — Great program until you have issues

*2025-06-12*

This is a great training app generally, and I have seen significant improvements in performance in using the structured training program. Information on how to use the app is pretty comprehensive. However, if the app isn’t working as it should support is non existent. My messages stopped working. I got a message alert but when I went into messages there was nothing there. The problem is that support is an AI which sends you to a help page, which is no use at all to deal with a fault in the app. Human input is needed but seems non existent. This is not a cheap app, and it is reasonable to expect it to work as it is supposed to, and if not you should be able to get it remedied. Much as I love the training program the frustration of being directed into a blind loop to get a fault fixed is making me consider rival programs where you can actually talk to people. It’s a real shame, as in every other respect I think it’s brilliant.

### 2/5 — Can’t access app or support

*2025-06-04*

Ever since the recent update, I can no longer access the app, my online account, and trying to send a message to customer service for help also returns an error. When I try to login, it says it can’t fetch athlete data. I have a big race coming up and have not been able to access a training plan for days.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Too many bugs with latest updates

*2026-05-12*

New features too many problems. Been using for two years and the app is getting worse and worse

### 1/5 — Constant connection error

*2025-11-18*

Tried using this app and it worked at first but now it just will not connect. On hitting the app on my iPhone all I get is a message saying “Failure: unexpected error 426”. I reset my network connection and tried both WiFi and mobile data but it still wouldn’t work. Very glad this was at a point during my trial as I be really annoyed and frustrated had I just subscribed. This experience was a real shame as the app itself does look great…but does have to work to be useful!

### 1/5 — Horrible Integracion

*2025-09-17, version 1.0.1386*

Es practicamente imposible poder usar los entrenamientos en apple watch, muy mal por Humango y por Apple, creo que me ire a Coros o Garmin nuevamente

### 1/5 — Keine Anmeldung möglich

*2025-09-16*

Testet ihr eure eigene App? Anmeldung via Apple führt ins Nirgendwo und bricht ab. Nicht nutzbar leider.

### 1/5 — New update tanked the app

*2025-06-12*

Whatever you guys did, I can no longer sign into the app… doesn’t recognize the profile and user name

### 1/5 — So frustrating

*2025-06-03*

I’m hoping the app is canceled. I’ve reached out with no communication back. I’m using a free trial but cannot access my account. After the first login and looking at the initial plan, I was excited. The app then told me to delete the po and reload for an update. Now,It will not let me login! No matter how many times I reset password, nothing works. This app is so frustrating.

### 1/5 — Poor update

*2025-05-15*

App has just had major update, the interface has completely changed to , in my and fellow athletes opinion, a very poor experience. The previous version was great, clearly presented and not cluttered with tiles on the main screen.
Now wish I hadn’t signed up for a year.

### 1/5 — Caída la plataforma

*2025-05-14, version 1.0.1226*

Más de 7 horas sin poder ingresar a la plataforma

### 1/5 — Not a good app, no good training plans

*2025-03-22, version 1.0.1094*

The app throws errors when starting and basically in each user flow.
The training plans itself are not the right ones. E.g. getting a 20k run the day after a race. If this is AI, no thank you.

### 1/5 — Not very good

*2025-03-04*

Super buggy and gave me plans that only had me running 3 times a week even though I put on the plan creation that I train 7 hours a week currently

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Just keeps better!

*2026-08-12, version 1.0.1901*

Have been using HumanGO for nearly two years now and very happy with the flexibility that allows me to self coach.

### 5/5 — Love the new updates!

*2026-07-17*

I’ve had HumanGO for a while but have been loving the addition of new activities beyond just running and cycling. I can accurately plan and track all of my progress now and the app fits the variety of different exercises that I regularly do

### 5/5 — Critical tool for day to day fitness and event readiness

*2026-07-15*

HumanGo has been a critical tool for both my day to day fitness and event readiness. This summer I’m scheduled for a long hike, a century ride and a 10 mile run about a month apart each.

HumanGo allows me to set a goal for the last event (run) with interim goals for the hike and ride, along with general fitness if I choose. It recommends workouts every day that push me without overtraining. It also has the flexibility to change workouts based on my schedule, schedule days off and switch from run to bike for example. At the same time it tracks activities from my Apple Watch as I do them, even if not scheduled.

This has been a game changer for how I manage my fitness and training.

### 5/5 — Watch out Training Peaks!

*2026-07-09*

As a coach using humango for my athletes I really enjoy how it is truly a central hub for all of my athletes data. HRV, Training Load, workout compliance, internal messaging, you name it. It makes my life a lot more efficient when tracking my athletes!

### 5/5 — Critical to my Health Journey

*2026-07-08*

I have been using HumanGo for a few years now. In the beginning, it was clearly an MVP with fantastic AI. What mattered most was the adaptive plan and results it produced. I am now in my 60’s with a massively improved cardio metabolic system and am racing better than ever. Importantly, the app has been adapted to serve more people with more training plans, nearly zero bugs and a much improved UI/UX. Hugo (AI Coach) is now fully AI enabled which makes it easier to understand how goals will be achieved, why and the impact on overall health and longevity. The recent additional of challenges is very flexible and motivating. And I can see there is more to come with early signs of a rewards system. This app and my engagement produces results at a very strong value.

### 5/5 — Solid Training App

*2026-07-07*

As someone who is new to running I’ve enjoyed HumanGo. It feels like having an actual coach who adjusts training based on factors in my life. I’ve been able to progress in mileage and pace over the last few years on the app.

### 5/5 — Hit Your Goals!

*2026-07-07*

Endurance Training

### 5/5 — Modern Coaching

*2026-07-06*

I’ve been a health and performance coach for over 20 years and the challenge has always been managing workload and scaling to more clients. HumanGO takes a modern approach using science-based periodization and AI.
This allows me to focus more on actual coaching and driving accountability. Highly recommend for coaches, athletes, and anyone who is motivated to improve their health or performance… the right way!

### 5/5 — Update has taken it to a new level

*2026-07-06*

I’ve used Humango for over a year now. The updates from when I originally started using it to now has changed it into a completely different app, in a good way!

Seamless integration of data from wearables and devices, the ability to set your own zones based off power, pace, and heart rate, and Strava-like social features make it so everything can be housed into a single app, which is ridiculously nice.

Really looking forward to seeing how they continue to develop it!

### 5/5 — Great update!

*2026-07-06*

The app has been helpful in planning my training program. Thank you for the update! Much appreciated
