I have been using Humanitix now for quite some time but it looks like I’m going to have to find a new ticketing platform.

I just recently had an event and instructed all of our door staff to download the app so they could scan in tickets.  

Every single person that tried to create an account was met with an error message not able to create an account so they could get scan  in and permissions.

As you can imagine this caused a massive issue.

The screen only aligns in portrait not landscape and using a square stand for an event the humanitix app is useless. Can you please fix this. ASAP.

Great app for scanning tickets but filtering or search doesn’t work in Attendees or Orders? 

Tried to find where I could log a bug but nowhere to be found in app or website?

Hopefully they fix that soon!

Does not interface with Humanitix.com. Even with sound turned off the check boxes bleep loudly. There is no apparent way to download attendees, or select multiple events and all attendees. Feels a bit half-baked.

Humanitix is already the ultimate solution to all of our online ticketing needs but the scanning app on smartphone has made an impressive difference to getting people through the door.

It used to take us an average of 1 hour+ to get 200 people in using our old proprietary software on laptops. Now with this app we can whiz 500 heads through the door in 15 mins.

I’ve been waiting for this forever and now I can sell all my tickets at the door through the app. Such a great cause too, Humanitix has got it all :)

Love the fact I can just scan tickets with my own phone. Takes 3 seconds to launch and 2 seconds to scan - very fast!!! Also love searching for attendees names as a back up in case they forgot to bring or can't find their tickets. Would like to see more features added to this such as integrating with POS device and maybe even build events straight on the app.
