### 2/5 — Disappointing

*2026-04-20, version 1.27.4*

It doesn’t sync workouts. It takes 1 week to give a report, which I found to be a very basic report.

### 3/5 — Meh

*2025-11-25, version 1.27.1*

Nothing special so far, and how do
You get it to stop asking you to send/ connect with a friend? Very annoying.

### 2/5 — Used to be Great. Glitchy Now.

*2025-11-15, version 1.27.1*

I used to use this app regularly, and took several months off. I reinstalled it recently, and it's been so disappointing by freezing, taking ages to load, not completely loading, and simply shutting down. I couldn't even keep it open long enough to submit feedback on the app. My version is up to date, as is my iOS. It's a great idea for an app that used to be great, and now I'm just bummed.

### 2/5 — Business funnel not health funnel

*2025-09-30, version 1.27.1*

This app is not remotely focused on health, merely getting your money. It’s data is way too generic. How many meals do you eat a day. That’s the question. I eat differently each day. I’ll fast for 16 or up to 48 hours. I simply don’t fit these over simplified pigeon holes. Giving you a biological age with such poor data is useless. I can see why no free trial. The product is not up to scrutiny.

### 2/5 — No updates in months

*2025-08-04, version 1.27.1*

Very laggy recently and no updates in months. It seems the app may have been abandoned.

### 2/5 — Import contacts?

*2025-07-24, version 1.27.1*

I got this app today. It asks if I want to share my journey with friends. I click no when it asks to share contacts yet it still brings them in and there’s no way to get past this screen. I even force closed the app and same this. I very carefully selected NO to import contacts and still did and then asked me who I wanted to share this with. Not cool especially considering the app is about $200 annually.

### 3/5 — Animations annoying

*2025-01-13, version 1.27.0*

Have to wait for animations you see over and over again. Terrible design. Give me control!!!!

### 4/5 — Music

*2024-12-08, version 1.27.0*

Does playing an instrument have an affect on ageing?

### 4/5 — Awesome (but waiting for improvements to Nutrition)

*2024-08-04, version 1.26.0*

This app has helped me stay on track with my health goals, and it’s part of my daily routine! The only area that’s a bummer is the nutrition section. If you’re a very active female and intermittent fasting is not recommended for you, there is no way to score highly in the nutrition section since the only measure in fasting and with no focus on nutritional content. I’m looking forward to an update in that area, hopefully soon! Everything else about the app is awesome though!!

### 4/5 — App good

*2024-06-09, version 1.25.3*

Referral system bad.
Subscription too expensive.
Data cool.
Health info good.
Very engaging.
Cool animation.
Very science.
 Very motivating.

### 3/5 — Blood Tests

*2024-01-23, version 1.23.1*

I upgraded to the Pro level, only to find out that I have to either upload or manually input my blood tests. All my blood work is in Apple Health. It would be much more worth the very expensive subscription price if the app could pull my blood work automatically from Apple Health.

### 3/5 — Not abandoned, but seems abandoned

*2023-11-28, version 1.22.1*

I’m a premium subscriber and I like what’s in the app today, which is why it gets 3 stars. However, the app feels lacking in support and basic functionality. For instance, as a premium subscriber the “feedback” option is and always has been greyed out in my settings. I also can’t do simple quality of life things like add a profile picture outside of Facebook of all things in 2022. The only thing I’ve seen the team add in the last while has been simple functionality for businesses to onboard their teams. Here’s to hoping for some quality of life improvements and basic innovation for individual users sometime in the next 12 months.

### 4/5 — Why is 4 meals a day unhealthy

*2023-11-15, version 1.22.0*

I like this app, but how are 4 smaller meals a day within a fasting window unhealthy?

### 3/5 — Pretty good motivator

*2023-10-30, version 1.22.0*

Would like a way to input my calories for the day can’t tell if it’ll take that info from another app. Also unless you pay the sub fee I don’t know that I’d be super thrilled about it. That being said if you decline the first offer you’ll get a half off offer shortly after you set up and it’s only 32$ CA for the year so could be way worse.

### 2/5 — Not worth so much money

*2023-08-15, version 1.20.0*

The app is good at gamifying health, however I seriously question the algorithms the scientists have put together. There’s no V02 Max calculations for example, a key indicator of fitness.

My fitness age is apparently 0.5 of my true age, yet I’ve run ultramarathons for years, I run most mornings (or bike), and I’m sure I’m fitter than many my age.

So for me, it doesn’t add up.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Apple health connection

*2026-06-20, version 1.27.4*

Why not just import all the apple health data?

### 1/5 — Useless

*2025-10-05, version 1.27.1*

Absolutely useless, don’t download or waste your time. This app is garbage. It’s nothing but mechanism to steal all your data.

### 1/5 — Cannot Sign in with Apple

*2025-03-28, version 1.27.1*

Tried several times, it’s broken. Unable to use app as a result. Privacy is crucial for health apps.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2025-01-19, version 1.27.0*

According to this app I’m aging at a rate of 1 year per month. I’m 50 years old so I guess I’ll be dead in a couple years? This is consumer fraud once again. DO NOT GET THIS APP!

### 1/5 — Useless

*2024-04-28, version 1.25.0*

Updating my review to emphasise again how pitiful this promising app now is. The developers have ignored every question and comment from users. Apple should be removing it now from the store .

Have to agree with the many recent reviews . What was promising is now in my view useless. I’ve gone from reversing age to ageing moderately despite a substantial increase in exercise intensity and duration (although step count has reduced). Reliability and accuracy of the reports is essential - if one can’t have confidence in it, then this is useless . I now doubt the accuracy and relatability of everything to date.

### 1/5 — Overpriced

*2024-01-21, version 1.23.1*

This is a nice application but it’s overpriced. It’s not worth $60 a year. They give you a free 3 months if you share with friends but only one time. Why would I waste my time doing that?

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money!

*2023-12-23, version 1.22.1*

I’ve had this app now for about 2 years and have been keeping track of all of the information generated based on my activity, mood, nutrition etc. I have always paid particular attention to my aging. I’m currently 56, will turn 57 in 2 weeks. For the past SEVERAL months my biological age as registered less than my true age as I eat right and exercise 6 days a week. For the past couple of months my biological age has been 56.2, which is about .8 less than my real age. Suddenly 2 days ago it said my biological age is 58! There has been absolutely no change in my activity, nutrition, mood or any of the other parameters used. How can this be? It’s obviously a scam. I’m about to turn 57 so they raise my biological age to keep using this piece of junk! I’m cancelling my premium membership! Buyer beware!

### 1/5 — Downloaded free version. It’s not connecting to my Apple Watch

*2023-10-29, version 1.21.2*

Is this limited whilst in free? Looks a great product but I’m not parting with £49 until I can see syncing data rather than inputting

### 1/5 — Expensive garbage

*2023-10-24, version 1.21.2*

It does nothing useful and gives no more helpful advice than you could read in less than a paragraph, and it’s common sense anyway. But the developers are smart. You don’t get a free trial. You pay $60 upfront and they’ve got your money, and you’re stuck with this useless piece of expensive garbage. Their advertising is clever. They reeled me in and I fell for it hook, line and sinker. Now they’ve got my money. Beware of ANY app that doesn’t offer you a few days free trial. Chances are it’s utter junk, like this app.

### 1/5 — I thought this was a health app, not a trailer for an action movie

*2023-08-16, version 1.20.0*

I can’t figure out how to turn off the sound effects, so that I’m not blasted with bells and whooshes every time I try to click on anything in the app. It’s unbearably obnoxious, especially since, more often than not, when I’m using my phone, I’m also listening to music, podcasts, or audiobooks.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Mom Reina

*2025-09-16, version 1.27.1*

Jasmine Reina
Julio Reina

### 5/5 — Slow your rate of aging

*2025-06-01, version 1.27.1*

Fantastic app for longevity—it helps me to gamify my positive habits to try and reverse aging. I use a Garmin watch, not a whoop, and so this app helps use my Health data in a similar way.

### 5/5 — Great longevity / healthspan app

*2024-07-12, version 1.26.0*

Been looking for an app that brings all of my activities together and gives me a view of my overall health. This is it ! Understanding the actions I’m doing and the impact to my biological age is awesome.

### 5/5 — Big fan

*2024-06-22, version 1.25.3*

Love this app and recommend it to friends. Wish more of data it collected was automated such that I could either tell it to automatically check that I get sunlight everyday (I know I always will) or that it checks this based on location data or something similar. In a dream world I’d pay for this app forever and hardly ever open it.

### 5/5 — Great way to get practical ways in which to improve my health.

*2023-08-14, version 1.19.1*

That what you can’t measure is very difficult to improve.

This app is great to track your health and provide practical ways in which you can improve it.

Loving it so far!

### 5/5 — Very motivating

*2023-03-11, version 1.15.0*

Love it,I use this App since it came out.
I only have one suggestion, it needs some sort of freeze your score button . Time limited would be ok , for days in the hospital , traveling long distance or equipment-watch or iphone beak down ,which happened to me and and makes You age instantly and start all over .

### 5/5 — 5 Stars

*2023-02-06, version 1.14.0*

I’m really enjoying the little “jobs” the app creates to rake in more points. I also enjoy all the different aspects they cover regarding mind, body, and mental health . Keep it going guys. Great job’ will upgrade soon;)

### 5/5 — Original, intuitive, easy. Bravo!

*2023-01-30, version 1.14.0*

Love this app and it keeps me motivated in ways outside the usual “eat healthy, exercise often”, reminding me of alternative methods to practice mindful habits on those days where energy’s lacking or calories are sought! Suggestion: i would welcome the option to disable animations though. I like to log quickly, and although only a fraction of time, i feel that these hinder the smooth process. Looking forward to the new features! Thanks for an intuitive way to help me look after my health.

### 5/5 — Probably the only good fitness app

*2023-01-27, version 1.14.0*

It’s literally the only thing I consistently check and update. The gamification of it makes it fantastic to use.

### 5/5 — Amazing UI - Needs Apple Watch Complications

*2022-11-14, version 1.12.0*

Just purchased the one year subscription. Really like how it pulls all my data to provide interpretation of how I’m doing. Only thing missing is Apple Watch complications. Any plans in the works?
