### 1/5 — Terrible App

*2025-08-01*

I started using the updated version of the app and quickly realized it’s still the same buggy, unreliable experience just with a more modern interface. While the design may look better, just some of the core issues have been fixed.

It continues to suffer from many of the same glitches and errors that made it frustrating before. Honestly, it was much more stable and reliable when it was managed by Timeco. That version felt more polished and dependable.

Now, the app feels clunky and broken like putting a new coat of paint on a structurally unsound house. I tried resetting my password after it wouldn’t let me log in, and I never received a reset link. That alone is unacceptable.

In its current state, this app is simply not ready for the general public.

### 1/5 — Once great, now completely unusable

*2025-07-13*

I started using Timeco new App about 11 months ago and at first, it was a solid, reliable app.

Everything worked smoothly, and it really helped me manage my employee time, schedule and benefits efficiently. Unfortunately, that experience didn’t last.

Over the past few months, the app has become nearly impossible to use.

It’s full of bugs, constant crashes, and features that used to work are now broken or unreliable.

The user interface feels outdated and clunky and as designed by someone who knows nothing about UI Design.

It’s frustrating just trying to navigate through basic screens, I liked the previews screens better.

### 5/5 — New, refreshed UI

The updated UI looks great. All the information I need in one place, and the biometric login makes using the app way easier and faster.

This application is a major step forward compared to the previous which was very discounting. I love the ease of use and the fact that is easy to tell what each screen does.

I love the notifications and the punch and time cards in the time screen, also the schedule I really, really like the schedule and the fact that now it integrates with Humanity which my company already uses.

Thank you Timeco, you have a great product that really amaze me.
