### 3/5 — easy but eh

*2025-03-26*

I tried to sign up and when i was doing the sign up and i finished and went to the page to talk to someone, it couldnt. It kept telling em to pay for a subscription, i may have missed a X button to remove it and talk for free to a bot or something but my review is terrible so far.

### 2/5 — Pay to even TRY THE APP?

*2025-02-20, version 1.2.7*

Come on. An app to assist with anxiety which I’m really trying to source relief for- I can’t even get past sign in? How you want $80/year RIGHT AWAY without allowing a)free trial or b) plan price options or c) ANY ACTUAL APP FEATURES without payment?????? GO AWAY. YALL TRIFLIN

### 3/5 — Idk

*2025-01-17, version 1.2.7*

I really want to like this app but idk if I can bc I have to pay to talk to someone.

### 2/5 — Why is it saying i have to pay?!

*2025-01-11, version 1.2.7*

I cant pay for a app it msking me even more sad that i have to pay to help me !!?

### 3/5 — :(

*2025-01-04, version 1.2.7*

i thought it would at least give me free trial….

### 1/5 — $100 for a year

*2024-12-13, version 1.2.5*

I saw this ad for this app on tiktok, and I thought it could help me mentally. i’ve been going thought a lot recently and maybe this would help. I liked all of the questions they asked at first, but after it wanted me to pay for a subscription. it said it was only $8.99 a month, which isn’t bad at all. then I went to go pay for it, and it said I had to pay $99.99 for a year (that was the only option). knowing myself I wouldn’t use this app enough to get $100 worth of help, you know? and I don’t have that type of money, so i’m really disappointed.

### 1/5 — No monthly subscription?

*2024-12-13*

I seen this ad on TikTok and figured I’d try it. $80 a year? There’s no monthly subscription like you would usually see and $80 isn’t too bad but if I don’t like it within a month I’m stuck with this and out $80. I believe it would be best if y’all had a monthly subscription rather than a yearly subscription.

### 1/5 — My Feeling of careness destroyed

*2024-12-12, version 1.2.5*

Tells you to pay immediately

### 2/5 — Annual only?

*2024-12-07*

Saw an ad for this app on tiktok and have been struggling and without health insurance, I took their quiz and as I took it, I enjoyed the personal questions which excited me a bit. After reading reviews I expected to have to pay for it and thought “well it has to be cheaper than therapy” let’s see the price to talk to their professionals. After the quiz it said “$6.67 a month” or some odd number, I figured “that’s cheap I’ll give it at least a month and if it’s not for me I’ll cancel” but to my dismay when I clicked the “unlock” button I didn’t have the option to pay monthly at all. I could only pay their annual fee of $80, not only is that outrageous, it’s just as much if not more expensive then true therapy, and even if I didn’t enjoy their service after a month it wouldn’t matter, they were paid for the whole year. Doesn’t seem like good motives hidden underneath. Seems very much like just another money grabber.

### 1/5 — Why does it cost money to get help

*2024-11-28, version 1.2.3*

Made things worse after finding out that it costs money

### 1/5 — Uh idk

*2024-11-24, version 1.2.2*

I would try it, but I’m not spending that type of money that I don’t have sure I would like some o e to talk to about stuff like this but I don’t have $70-$20 to spend a month on it

### 2/5 — its the paying..💀

*2024-11-23, version 1.2.1*

sooo i havent gotten to try it out so far because you kinda have to pay to talk right away but thats the problem for me you see im a 13 year old with no money and i really thought i found an app for me to talk about school and all that but not happening.. i get that they have to get paid and stuff but like i just need someone to tall to fr..😁

### 1/5 — no.

*2024-11-23, version 1.2.1*

Couldn't even log in, says my account was not avaliable to use to create apps accounts. Please add a sign up with Google option or your own username system. I really want to use this because I can't find anymore options. Please add a Google option...

### 1/5 — Wont let me talk

*2024-11-21, version 1.2.1*

I just opened the app and when I go to click on the chat bar it says I have to sign up for a subscription which is 19 something I believe. I thought it was free

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Nobody available

*2025-04-10, version 1.2.7*

I’ve been using this for about a week and every time I try to get help nobody is available so I don’t know what’s going on.

### 1/5 — false advertising

*2025-01-14, version 1.2.7*

Saw an AD on tiktok claiming that this service was completely free and it is not. sounds like a great app genuinely, but not great when it claims to be free support and is misleading.

### 1/5 — Pay wall

*2025-01-09, version 1.2.7*

Doesn’t say anything about having to pay to use. Answer a bunch of questions setting up an account and then locked behind a paywall with a yearly subscription ONLY. 0/5 scum, misleading, preying on people hurting.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2025-01-08*

The app markets itself as an alternative to therapy that involves matching with real people to form a strong connection. The app forces you to take a test then locks your match behind a paywall which says approx. $7 monthly then it forces you to pay the annual fees as opposed to the monthly fees. This is a money grabbing scheme with 0 actual intent to help.

### 1/5 — why pay?

*2025-01-07, version 1.2.7*

i don’t like how we have to pay to be able to talk to someone i mean in my opinion why make people pay so they can heal mentally?

### 1/5 — Money grabber

*2025-01-02, version 1.2.7*

Grab and go cheap scam 80$ robbed 1 star

### 1/5 — Don’t even bother.

*2024-12-31, version 1.2.7*

At first it seems all nice and peachy, the app has u fill out a little question about urself, but before u can talk to a therapist u have to pay to unlock it. I wouldn’t even waste a penny on this app. SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️

### 1/5 — using our emotions for money

*2024-12-29*

I’m tired of seeing apps that make us pay money for things that have to do with our mental health we don’t sit here and go through thoughts everyday and finally get some help even though it’s a app it’s still a step to getting better but no of course the people made it to where you answer all the questions and make you think this is actually gonna work until it’s says “we’ve selected a a match for you” and then when you press the button a payment comes up it’s exhausting.

### 1/5 — didn’t like the app.

*2024-12-28, version 1.2.7*

i saw an add for it and i liked that i didn’t have to have confrontation. but once i got through with the questions it to me to a page and asked me to pay which i was like okay but it said only 6$ and turned out to be 80$. so i thought maybe i could find a way around it but no. you cant even use the app unless you pay $80.

### 1/5 — Weird?

*2024-12-26*

I downloaded this app a few months ago. When I was able to use it I only had to pay about 9 dollars maybe 10 a week. Because of financial issues I wasn’t able to pay for my subscription for about a month so I couldn’t speak to the therapist assigned to me, now I tried to pay it again so I could speak to them for a little while because I honestly missed their company and now I have to pay 80 dollars for the whole year? When and why did it change and why do I have to pay for a whole year? I’d understand if I had to pay per month instead of each week but the year?? Something just seems off about it.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Helpful and cheaper than therapy!

*2024-08-16*

I’ve been using this app for a month now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my mental health. My specialist is not only supportive but also incredibly knowledgeable. They’ve helped me set goals, work through my challenges, and build confidence in myself.
