I liked all of the questions they asked at first, but after it wanted me to pay for a subscription. it said it was only $8.99 a month, which isn’t bad at all. then I went to go pay for it, and it said I had to pay $99.99 for a year (that was the only option). knowing myself I wouldn’t use this app enough to get $100 worth of help, you know? and I don’t have that type of money, so i’m really disappointed. ### 1/5 — No monthly subscription? *2024-12-13* I seen this ad on TikTok and figured I’d try it. $80 a year? There’s no monthly subscription like you would usually see and $80 isn’t too bad but if I don’t like it within a month I’m stuck with this and out $80. After reading reviews I expected to have to pay for it and thought “well it has to be cheaper than therapy” let’s see the price to talk to their professionals. After the quiz it said “$6.67 a month” or some odd number, I figured “that’s cheap I’ll give it at least a month and if it’s not for me I’ll cancel” but to my dismay when I clicked the “unlock” button I didn’t have the option to pay monthly at all. I could only pay their annual fee of $80, not only is that outrageous, it’s just as much if not more expensive then true therapy, and even if I didn’t enjoy their service after a month it wouldn’t matter, they were paid for the whole year. Doesn’t seem like good motives hidden underneath. When I was able to use it I only had to pay about 9 dollars maybe 10 a week. Because of financial issues I wasn’t able to pay for my subscription for about a month so I couldn’t speak to the therapist assigned to me, now I tried to pay it again so I could speak to them for a little while because I honestly missed their company and now I have to pay 80 dollars for the whole year? When and why did it change and why do I have to pay for a whole year? I’d understand if I had to pay per month instead of each week but the year??
