## What is HumanSync?

HumanSync is how tour operators run group trips — from seat and room assignments to live alerts — without a group chat and a spreadsheet held together with hope.

BUILT FOR GUIDES AND TRIP STAFF
• Smart seating & room assignment — automatically place travelers into buses, rooms, and tables based on families, group size, and preferences, with manual override any time.
• Live schedule — one shared itinerary everyone sees, with meeting points on a real map.
• Headcounts, done fast — start a check-in, watch attendance update live, and see exactly who's missing before you move on.
• Gather alerts — send a "back to the bus" alert that reaches every traveler in the group, and see who has acknowledged it.
• Group chat — one place for trip-wide announcements and questions, instead of scattered messages.
• Trivia & icebreakers — run a live, Kahoot-style trivia game for the group from your phone.

BUILT FOR TRAVELERS
• See your own seat, room, and schedule at a glance.
• See gather alerts and trip updates the moment they're sent.
• Check in for headcounts with one tap.
• Message your group and guides directly.
• Available in English and Arabic, with full right-to-left support.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Location sharing is off by default and only used when a traveler turns it on for a specific trip, for group-safety features like headcounts. See our Privacy Policy for the full details of what's collected and why.

HumanSync accounts are provided by the organization running your trip — your tour operator, school, or event organizer. If you're an operator interested in using HumanSync for your own groups, get in touch through our website.
